Is a great place to stay with a great view on the nature. The restaurant is just amazing michelen star cooking,everything was super tasty. You should try the food there

Due to lack of sun there was no hot water until we requested it. This was sorted out for us.

Was outside of Nidri away from the hustle and bustle. This suited us as in the countryside but less than a mile walk from the town.

WiFi was great considering the location but did stall occasionally

Room was a little smaller than the description with only 2 beds rather than 3 and the balcony but on reflection the room was perfect for me . I traveled slightly out of season so the pool and spa were not really ready but looked very inviting and in great condition, Host was very helpful and welcoming ,this is Greece at its best

Location is not perfect, farther from Nidri center than expected or seems on map (or maybe we were too tired). But anyway it's a good location to discover the island, so it's not a big deal.

We've stayed only one night in our way to Kefalonia and it was exactly what we needed. Very easy self check-in, clean room.

The TV was very small for the room, needed a toaster, hot water in the sink in the kitchen would be good too, bed was very lumpy

I paid for apartment for my family with rwo small kids. After arriving the owner told us that all apartments aree busy and he can propose to us a cottage for one night standing. He charged full price and didnt tell nothing. No sorry. Very bad

Managers attitude dealing with problems, toilet doesn’t flush asked manager and he told me I had to put my hand into the cistern to manually flush it, really. he actually told me all the toilets in the complex were exactly the same, obviously a lie. No plug in kitchen sink, dirty used sponge to wash dishes, ants everywhere, 3 coat hangers, I asked for ironing board and he said other guest took it, clothes dryer broke with wires sticking out, I asked for the safe key he said “not use it, it doesn’t work” amazing after strong words the next day a key appeared but wrong batteries supplied. Missized crThe jacuzzi and I say that lightly had the filter floating around and full of insects, children were using it as a kids pool. The life saving ring was floating around in the pool and kids playing with it. Building work ongoing. when I tried to address any of these issues Nekataris blamed, guests for taking things or said it was the cleaning lady’s problem, I tried to speak to her but she doesn’t speak English, I felt sorry for her. I’m sure the manager will try to blame me as he was very rude and kept telling me to be quiet, we eventually through booking.com who were amazing managed to get 5 days of our 7 night payment back as he wanted to just give us half if we left. we are living night to night in various accommodation thanks to the horrific time at Golden sun, but frankly I’d rather sleep in my car.

The bed was not properly made. There was nothing covering the mattress. There was no shampoo or soap to use. The jacuzzi which was accessible, was a bit dirty with insects in it.

The property gives access to swimming pool which was nice and clean. The bungalow seems nice and clean enough.

Shower head was broken, shower curtain was too short which resulted in a very wet bathroom after taking a quick shower, the wooden bed surrounding was not very comfortable as you easily sit on the edge of your bed and we had many ants in our kitchenette.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice private parking area and good WiFi.

It was rather tricky to arrive to the property. At times it felt like we got lost. We rented an apartment for 6 people for one night. I don’t think it would be comfortable for so many people to stay in this apartment for longer.

The owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Although we arrived late in the evening, he passed by to greet us and offer helpful tips. Our apartment was spacious enough for our one night stay with part view to the swimming pool. For anyone interested, the apartment is equipped with a kitchen and fridge to self-cater as well as with a washing machine. The balcony was very spacious.
