Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing really
My visit to GOJI was a delightful. I can confidently say that GOJI is a vegan haven for those who appreciate the beauty of Greek cuisine and the importance of a plant-based lifestyle. Food was lovely and true to authentic Greek cuisine.

United KingdomNothing, it was perfect
Me and my best friend had an amazing experience at GOJI. This vegan hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way. The food was not only delicious but also healthy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were impressed by the eco-friendly practices and the overall serene atmosphere. It's the perfect place for vegans and anyone looking for a sustainable getaway.

United KingdomPerhaps a bit smaller portions.
Me and my boyfriend stayed at GOJI for 3 nights and I wish we could stay for longer. The food was delicious and made with love. We are so happy that we tasted real Greek vegan dishes, freshly prepared every day and not convenience food for vegans, easily found in most places these days. I am so glad that there was only one dish each night because I would never have chosen some of the food - it was heavenly. Rooms were very clean and the pool area quiet. We will definitely come back next year.

United KingdomNot necessary at all but conditioner in the bathroom would be a nice addition
The rooms are lovely and large with private balconies and cooking facilities. The food is exceptional and a highlight of every day! The hotel itself is gorgeous and the pool area is very inviting. The owner and staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

ItalyWe spent an amazing week in this hotel that is simply a gem. What inspires the owner is NO WASTE when it comes about resources and food and this makes this place really special. The pool area is simply lovely and the greek homemade food os delicious. You can book a yoga lesson twice per week with a really good teacher, I had enjoyed this service.

United KingdomAbsolutely nothing!
We adored the relaxing poolside area, the impeccably friendly service, the nourishing, nutritious, and delicious meals (it's well worth doing half-board), the clean and comfortable rooms, and the calming yoga classes. We could not recommend Goji any more strongly.

United KingdomBreakfast was very basic with no choices apart from tea or coffee, no lunch on offer so we had to leave the relaxing pool at midday and look for somewhere nearby that served vegan which wasn't what we expected sorry, dinner was very average which should have been the highlight of our stay but was so disappointed to have dinner from a microwave that lacked flavour,, starter is always a pie and dessert was pointless sorry, we totally understand sustainability and no waste, firstly vegan food cruel free! And very sustainable so shouldn't worried about possible waste thanks. We badly want your hotel to succeed for the future and wish you all the best
We loved cooling off around the pool and relaxing in the sun

ItalyWe stayed at goji hotel in the end of august. We were so excited about a Vegan hotel in Rodi so we wanted to visit it. Iannis was very friendly and welcoming whit us, but unfortunately he was away during our holiday. His family was kind to us but a bit less welcoming. The breakfast was reperitive everyday and there was no buffet. The dinner was typical but really too simple for us, We Whish dishes were a bit more elaborated and presented in a better manner. We appreciate They are trying to make vegan dishes but it really seems there isn’t an expert cooker about what it is vegan diet. For us it is not sufficient eat salads, legumes, potatos to be satisfied, but We really need yummy and beautiful meals. The desserts were totally Missing, often they served fruits like apricot or aubergine with sugar, many were typical, but we’d like to eat all kind of sweets because it is possible to have good ones also in vegan cusine. We are so critical because We hope that goji hotel can improve and implement vegan menu and satisfy vegans from all over the world. The room was Perfect for us, the location as well, the pool was so cool and We enjoyed dining outside. Only thing missing was hairdryer, it is really a must have in a 3 stars hotel and when i asked for it they answeared they don’t have Also because of energy problems and didn’t try to do something to help and satisfy clients. I think people Who come late from the beach and have long hair like me may need an hairdryer so please consider to equipe every room whit a small One. Thank you for hospitality Ilaria and Francesco
