The apartment is large, clean and very well equipped. There is a nice and cozy balcony to enjoy your coffee or drinks. One cat with three kittens kept us company which was a bonus. The house is stunning and at a great location. It's well equipped with everything you might need. The village has some great restaurants and we drove around to other beaches. The host was great, really quick to communicate and made our stay really easy and enjoyable. Would come back!

The house is front row to the sea but there is a significant distance to the actual sea, you need a car to get to the beach.

Everything was good about the property. Not related with the house but the road in front of the house is so dusty.

It was such a nice house with 2 floors as exactly pictured and everything was provided as described. Host Vaggelis is very polite and friendly, we had welcome wine and goodbye gift from him. He is so quick to answer and give support. Psakoudia is a nice place with nice restaurants and markets, five minutes walk to the house.

Be aware of mosquitoes everywhere. We had to buy repellent for the room and skin... Really unpleasant. Even the restaurants and terraces were full of them and no repellent solutions. The beach is nice but not spectacular (we went and visited other different places which were actually "wow"). Dirt has a special place on the street and by the beach but, this is related to everyone's culture to keep the place clean. Even though the location is in a quiet area, the neighbors have a custom to cut the yard grass between 12 and 16 o'clock. Exactly when you / your children want to sleep. Not before, not after. And this happened 3 days out of 5, in which we went to the apartment for resting in the afternoon. Maybe it was the cutting grass week 😜

Really clean apartment with all basic equipment, even hair drier and ironing equipment. All basic stuffed kitchen and bathroom. We also had two coffee caps for each so we don't have to run buying. The host expected us with water and a local vine. Also, we were guided by the host to what other nearby beaches to visit, good places to eat and of course any guidance needed.

Not that we did not like, but just for clarification and points of improvement: 1. It is not a separate (detached) house, but a apartment (maisonette) on the second and third floor of a three storey house with separate entrance, but no private yard or garden. So you have neighbours on the ground floor. 2. One or the bathrooms can use a bath curtain (so rare in Greece in general :))

1. Location - the beach is 5-7 min walk. The restaurants too. Nothing to obstruct the sea view from the terrace, although the house is not directly on the beach. 2. The interior - very nice equipped house with individual touch. Kitchen in excellent condition, equipped with everything you need for 4 persons. Coffee machine (dolce gusto nespresso capsules). Great variety of kitchen utensils. Kitchen is very clean. 3. Parking in front of the house. 4. It is a complex of stone houses, so your friends will be close. 5. Nice terrace with unobstructed sea view for morning coffee. 6. Two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) are doing fine job. 7. Very nice host, no problems with communication. 8. Nice quiet area, but close to everything - supermarkt, grocery store, bakery, even local shop for bio products

The apartment is very large, it easily accommodated a family of five. Very clean and well equipped, excellent Wifi. The apartment is very well soundproofed, you can not hear any noise when someone lives upstairs. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful, very close to the beach. The owners of the apartment are wonderful and will help in any matter.

The sound insulation in the house allows you to be a part of the life of the family upstairs (the house announced in the confirmation is actually an apartment in the two-storey house). The kitchen equipment could be bit reacher: more plates, glasses, cooking utensils. The furniture placement is bit questionable: why the wardrobe needs to be placed in the room where its doors could be barely open?

The location is very convenient: close to the developed and undeveloped beaches, grocery store and tavernas. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet (according to the Greek lifestyle). From Psakoudia you can easily reach spots on Sithonia and Cassandra peninsulas, car rental can be arranged directly from the car rental offices in the village. The host takes good care of your stay, small fixtures were done without any delay.

close to the beach - 3-4 min by foot. 5 min by foot to the big supermarket, working till 22.00 and the bakery. everything is clean and in working order.

Bad smell at the bin area/under the sink on arrival. Cobwebs here and there. Shower room & the oven have seen better days.

Welcoming host, flexible with the check in time, child friendly, plenty of spare towels (which is always helpful). Good experience overall.
