Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beds were not big enough for two - we took a family room for four people, each sharing a double bed but the room was really only comfortable enough for two. The beds were small doubles and facilities were provided for only two guests (two teacups, two bottles of water, bathrobes etc)

If they could have provided little more early check-in, breakfast range was too less if that can be increased
The room size was good and spacious, bathroom was good size too. Location was decent, staff was kind, helpful, good breakfast. They had restaurant, spa, coffee shop, hall, business centre, also for massage they could arrange a masseur. There are restaurants just next to the hotel, coffee shop, shops and FBI place for men :)

We chose half board and it was a big mistake. There are only two options for starter, salad, main, and dessert every day and they are always the same. We stayed for 4 days, so it got very boring and they were not so delicious either. Although the hotel offers other meals which are not included in the half board service. The only good side is that you can choose to have a boring meal anytime between 12-23:30. More staff in the restaurant are required as they could hardly cope in peak times. I would suggest if the hotel can not offer sufficient half board, then it does not worth putting it down as an option. Alternatively, they could charge a bit of extra for the menu different from the set dinner options but not the full charge.
The location is perfect to discover Athen, close to the metro and it is easy to get around. We liked the choice of breakfast, The kids liked the pool which is much smaller than in the pictures but it was enough for them to play around (12 and 9) safely. The gym was ok for a bit of exercise or just to kill time during a heatwave in the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable.

The breakfast was good had many options to choose from. The roof top outdoor space was nice to unwind from the day. Hotel stall all very accommodating.

Everything was good.
The check process was quick and pleasant. Hotel is located in a more residentail type neighborhood. Staff was frinedly. Room was clean and everything was good.

we asked for a better view but manager was not willing to try .view was poor with blocked views of buildings the pick up service they recommended didn’t agree to come into the airport arrivals,instead asked to walk out and find which ended up us cancelling their service

Had to change rooms as the generator was on top of the original bedroom so it was noisy; yet the staff were highly responsive and help moving into another bedroom ; which also was comfy. Really appreciate all the smiles and excellent customer service from the staff.
The staff were amazing . Very responsive , flexible, accommodating, and friendly. Enjoyable to interact with them. The food was delicious , just writing this feedback is making me eat the Greek traditional pasta .

The interiors and decor of the rooms are seriously outdated and in need of a refurbishment

Dinner menu could have more choice and may be not the same menu everyday
