The bathroom is quite cramped.

Close to the sea, terrace, parking in the shade, barbecue and tables near the building, also in the shade. Most of all, I emphasize the exceptional communication with the owner through Booking, advice and recommendations!

A bit far from the city center If you don’t have car. The balcony is not very large for 3 or more people. WiFi very slow!

The hosts are responsive and polite. Rooms and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. The beach in front of the property is a bit rocky. Not the best in the area but still OK to enjoy the sunset and have some swimming. Good value for money!

I was rudely asked to leave at 10am, by a lady who was demanded I need to hurry up. I explained my check out is 11. Which argued it is not and to hurry up and leave. I checked booking.com and it was 11am. I then waited for 40 mins for someone to come help get my suitcase. When I expressed my complaints, the owner got angry at me. I later received a text message on my personal phone harassing for calling his daughter a name. He didn't apologised and continued to email me. Unbelievable I was not wearing any clothes and told to leave me my room wrongly and was not given an apology.

There are many issues with the rooms. They need to be updated ,but the most important thing is having a comfortable bed. We actually have to leave 10 days early because we could not get a good nights sleep. Our booking was for 30 days. If the owner would invest in mattress toppers for the beds we could have over looked some of the other issues. It is a two bedroom apartment, with no where to actually sit and eat with 4 people. I feel very bad writing such a poor review, put some serious attention is needed for this property. I’ve stayed in 100’s of rooms over my years , and this simply was not acceptable. Sad, because it’s a fantastic location and we would be returning every year if it had been comfortable.

We liked the location, very near a nice calm quiet beach . The garden is lovely.

Far from Asprovalta, about 3.5 km. Not as mentioned in the profile - 1.7 km. Nobody was at the reception. We had to wait for 1 hour until somebody brought the keys. There was an additional fee of 5 euro per day for the air conditioning. 99.9% of the rooms don't have such fees. There was only one electrical outlet in the room.

Apartment for 4 people with a half kitchen table for dining - for two people. The entire kitchen is 2x1m in size. I paid 25 euros on the spot for air conditioning, otherwise they don't give you the remote control. There is not even a wardrobe in the room - a bed, a locker and a hanger. The bathroom is very bad. Dirty and a soul falls every time it is released. I recommend avoiding this place. The low price does not justify the misery.

Whan you leave the apartment it automatically loses electricity, so the refrigerator shots down also. That's why we had a few situation where the food had spoiled because of it. Other than that we have no complaints and that's why we are rate it 10 out of 10

Perfect place for the family. We were in 4 Persons apartment and it was actually better than presented on the pictures or described. We had 2 separate bedrooms ( both had Air condition), separate kitchen and 2 really large balconies. Easy check in and check out and nice and quiet neighbourhood. The beach is so large that it's almost private. Parking is available in front of the hotel and its free of charge. We will definitely come back again

At our arival they have asked additonal 10euros per day if we want to use the air conditioner. During the 10 days stayng they have cleaned partially only one time, and they never trow up the garbabage. The sofa in the kitchen is way more confortable than the beds.

The owner was frendly, i lock the key inside the first day and the have instatly reacted. The location is perfect for families. The apartment are big with huge terrace.
