The most stunning property we have ever stayed at! Managed to get a last minute booking (literally), George was an incredible property manager. He was always around and open for a chat, gave us lots of recommendations and called the taxi for us when we were leaving. The area was very quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and where there are lots of food options. There is plenty of signage leading to the property so you can’t get lost. If you want the most relaxing and exceptional stay in Lefkada, you NEED to book here! Not to mention the pool that was beyond perfect. It was so hard to leave.

The location is close to the centre but in a quiet place full of trees. Distance from the beach, about half an hour with the car. The owner was very kind and helpful. The rooms are renovated and clean. Highly recommend it!

Literally everything! - The property is excellent, the location is perfect - very close to the town, same time absolutely quiet for complete relaxation, the host George is exceptional! - always friendly and very helpful. I recommend the place with both my hands.

Great location, 10 minute taxi to Lefkada town and 10 minute walk to lovely beach. Very clean and well maintained. George the hotel manager is very personable and always happy to help with whatever you need.

The bed was really really hard, it was really difficult to fall asleep, but it seems to be like this in Greece in most places :-(

Georges is really friendly and welcome you with a smile. The pool is impeccable and so quiet to relax. Nice little balcony and cute studio. IT took us 7 minutes to walk to the closest beach bar and everything is really clean in the studio

The beds was not the most comfortable. It is pretty hard and i had my arms and legs fall numb all the time during the night. The neighborhood is quite, but the fridge was not. It is very loud when the compressor kicks and it does that very often. We had trouble sleeping the first few night while we got used to it. Although everything was clean and maintained, it was showing its age.

The parking was excellent and walled off, so we always had a parking spot waiting for us wherever we went. The road to the Studios is a bit narrow, so carefully driving is advised. The room was spacious enough and it was clean all the time. The balcony had quite a nice view. AC worked like a charm and we enjoyed chilling there in the afternoons. The apartment also has all the usual cooking facilities so you can make a decent breakfast and coffee if you'd like.

It would be better if the shower cabin was a little larger or the shower a little higher.

George, the house manager, is awesome. He is always smiling, friendly, and answers quickly to all our text messages for questions. George gave us a map and told us the best beaches. The view was really beautiful, we watched the sunrise several times. The room is spacious with very comfortable bed. Last but not least the area around the villa is very nice, George takes really good care of the garden and the pool.

Totaly recommend Ionis Studios and its owner George! Studios are fresh and cleaned every day. George is very helpful in every aspect. The area is calm and you have a private parking. Near to the city of Lefkada. You have to visit this place.

The owner did his best to accomodate us as well as possible (with sugestions, tips, advice and even learned some romanian expressions, with a very good accent). Evening discussions were always a delight! The location was quiet, very clean, confortable, with a nice view and with it's own parking, a must in Lefkada where you really need a car to get along. Also it is easy to find as there are markings from all directions. Depending on everyone's tastes, it also has cooking facilities, pool, barbecue and green spaces. No breakfast available. Related to the location: taxi from city center is 8e or about 3 km and from the airport 45e; nearest beach at 10min walk.

You need a car/scooter as it’s a little bit out of the way (which is great for the peace & quiet) but it’s just a short walk to the beach where there are a few bars & restaurants.

The property was spotlessly clean, not just the room, but the beautiful gardens & the pool were all immaculate. The host, Georgios, was extremely hospitable & was always on hand to help out and give advice. The sun loungers and chairs were very comfortable with a variety on offer. The views across the olive groves to the bay were probably the best I’ve seen in Greece, with mountains, sea and the most amazing sunsets too! Very quiet and chilled holiday. Loved it!

First of all George is a great guy and an amazing host! He was always available during this very busy time of our stay, he gave us the best tips about places to visit around Leykada and was never without a smile! Our room was always clean and tidy, even in days where we decided to spend time in the nice swimming pool and leave the hotel after the room service hours, when we came back everything was in perfect order. The room had a great view, was really quiet, and quite spacious. The bed and pillows were new and really comfortable! The hotel is in a great and really quiet location just 5 minutes outside the town of Leykada and really close to some of the island's best beaches. Thank you very much for everything!

We would have liked a few more cooking implements and crockery. We don’t like to eat out every night.

The pool was great to have and extremely clean The whole area and apartments Were very well maintained. . Room cleaned and new sheets everyday
