Some motorbikes passing on the street are very loud.. - This is of course an external factor.

Nice guesthouse close to Damnoni Beach (just about 12 minutes on foot). The rooms are large and have a big balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic to relax under one of the olive trees in the garden. Georgia, the owner is super helpful with short response time on WhatsApp.

It was too far to walk to Plakias for dinner but nice and quiet. Wifi not good

Bright and spacious room with very comfortable bed and nice balcony/deck with table & chairs. Mrs. Kassianni was very hospitable and it was a very pleasant stay. We liked the proximity to Damnoni Beach, long walk but very quick and easy drive.

Lack of automated thermostat, we had to wake up multiple times during the night to turn on and off the air conditioning. Pillows were not comfortable.

The owner, Georgia, was very welcoming and offered us home made lemonade, which was delicious! The scenery was idyllic, surrounded by mountains and olive trees. We had a nice time at the pool during a windy day. The room is fully equipped for everything, and with the windows and doors closed, very quiet - however, with them opened, it was noisy because of the main road. The room was also kept clean every day.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful olive tree garden. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely view. Close to Damnoni beach which I enjoyed very much.

At the tie of year we arrived facilities in the location were not all open meaning we needed to use the car more than we hoped.

The slightly rural location was beautiful with lovely views. it was excellent value.

We loved our stay in Kassiani Studios. The studio, location and hospitality were all fantastic. Perfect place, very clean and comfortable. Very spacious studio with kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook. The pool area was lovely and the pool well maintained. Everything both inside and outside is taken care of with love. Host Georgia is lovely, helpful and informative. She helped us with lots of tips on beaches, restaurants and more. Location was perfect. Convenient for access to beaches; the location is really quiet, 800m from Damnoni beach, less than 1,5km from Plakia. We can't wait to come back!

Nothing....everything exceeded my expectations

Georgia and her family are the most wonderful hosts. My accommodation was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Everything both inside and outside is looked after with love and attention to detail. Georgia helped me with lots of tips on hire car, beaches, restaurants and more. I don't think I could have chosen a better place to stay. A little note about the shower, as when I read reviews before booking it was mentioned and was a slight concern for me. My personal opinion is that the shower is a great design and really well thought out. Having it on a low riser means it doesn't soak the whole bathroom and also encourages water saving, as you can turn it off whilst washing. This set up is perfect and no need for an annoying shower curtain.

everything. the staff were very helpful, the room was huge and bright and clean and well stocked with self catering equipment. it even had a toaster. The pool area was lovely and the pool well maintained. The little beach village was a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive away. The beach there was lovely as were the tavernas.

A high level bracket for the shower would have been useful.

Location was perfect. Convenient for access to beaches, Plakias centre and nearby hilltop villages. The swimming pool and garden are surrounded by olive trees, with a mountain view backdrop and very relaxing.

It was the most cozy place I have been, i was traveling alone and kind of got adopted by Georgia’s Family. They where driving me to plakias many times, bringing me traditional selfmade food, always asking if I would need something. In Kassiani the Family has a big heart, always smiling, you could talk about anything with them. I just fall in love with the bed it was super comfortable, the pool and also the garden with the hammock and many trees. All of this surrounded by the nice mountains where you could see the sun rising up or down, the stars by night, just wow. I will go for sure again to Georgia, such a nice and honest soul who helped me out in so many things <3 thank you!
