On main street,but normally no problem. On last trip men parking motorbikes next to property woke me up before dawn with conversations. Earplugs not a bad idea.

Anastasia is the best host. She was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. She even offered to help us find us the next accommodation we stayed at by calling everyone she knew( we only booked a couple of days in Agios Nikitas). The studio is very clean and it has everything you need.Another big plus is the location. Everything is at a 1 minute walk from the beach, all shops and taverns.

Lovely little room right in the centre but quiet, a few steps from the beach. There is a little kitchen adjoining the room and a terrace where we you can have your breakfast/meals. Anastasia is a wonderful, lovely host. She was really warm and welcoming and gave us good tips.

I didn't like the bathroom door.

It is a budget accommodation, it is basic but comfortable enough to have a nice vacation in wonderful Lefkada. My rating is also given for the convenient price, but especially for the owner. Yes, Anastasia is a wonderful host.

There was a lot of noise early in the morning due to the the transport, loading on and unloading from the lorries of food and beverages. But this is not necessarily a bad thing, if you want to live the full vibe of the environment 😉

The owner, ms Anastasia was really helpful and kind with us. The room was on the main road of Saint nikitas and was full of life! The kitchenette had everything we wanted (filter coffee machine, portable burner, etc). The studios are close to the famous beach Milos, which you can reach only by feet (15-20 mins walking).

Met on arrival by Anastasia who is the most lovely person, very helpful. House is in centre of the pedestrianised village next to great cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Even so, it was fairly quiet in the room. 1 minute walk to the beach. Great wifi, nice patio. Tiny ‘kitchen’, good to make a cuppa, not much more but who needs to with all that’s around.

Great location on the main street of the village less then 1 minute walk from beach and lots of taverns, studio with a nice private terrace. Anastasia is a very welcoming, helpful and friendly host. I had a wonderful time.

the down side for this room, is the balcony was at the back, but for two nights wasn't really a issue

Could be quite noisy early in morning with workmen busy before it gets hot.Recommend earplugs.Took several days to get laundry done as there is no service in village and has to be sent to Lefkada Town.

Good choice for a budget, close to some incredible beaches in Lefkada (Milos at 30 min walk and Pefkoulia at 5 min drive; wild and incredible). The room was very quiet, very clean, and with privacy. If you don't like light early in the morning, they have outdoor blackout shutters, to sleep like in a cave. This is a budget accomodation so don't expect fancy rooms. The owner is very helpful and will support you in having a great holiday. Thank you, Anastasia! :)

Like you can see in the description the parking for your car is 100m+ away from the property, you can take your car to the entrance to load or unload your bags but you can't leave it there, this can cause litle trouble if you plan to drive every day, however if you rent bike or a scooter this is perfect place you can park it at the property

We spend 7 days at this property with 2 years old boy, Anastasia is great host she give us all the answers we need like good places to visit, where to exchange money etc. Also she provide umbrella and beach chairs for us for free so we can enjoy the sea which is 50m from this property, she ask if we need anything every morning like changing the towels throwing out the trash or replace the beddings. The wifi is great ! Great value for your money!

Parking - occasionally, it was mission impossible to find parking around the property. Bed metress - extremely uncomfortable. First night sleeping there, it was impossible to fall asleep as my partner and I could feel every spring in the metress. In the morning, we advised the host, and she offered at least some blankets ( 3 of them) to put on metress. She also advised us she ordered some mwtress toppers but we haven't seen it even after 5 days staying there.

The host was very nice and helpful. The property is just a couple of steps from the beach and some amazing restaurants
