It is located very close to the beach, it was easy accessible, super clean, the host Konstantinos made everything super easy, from waiting for me at a popular landmark for over an hour because I missed my way to the apartment, to making sure he gave the the names and locations to all the fun spots, to helping to order food, helping in getting taxi and everything other thing I needed during my stay. He put me through using a coffee machine. He is supper hospitable , pays attention to little details and renders bespoke services to individuals needs. Would totally recommend this property. I am looking forward to visiting.

Just a friendly advice - more kitchen utensils would be great. A pan, bigger cups for tea, wine glasses etc., kitchen towels as well. We managed it with cooking, but for 4 adults it was not just enough.

Everything was super! Konstantinos is an amazing host, always helpful, responsive and very friendly! We did appreciate his help with a lost internet connection on Saturday night, when he can just relax and not bother with us... The apartment is very spacious, nice furnished and clean. The beds and the pillows are TOP comfortable! There is a big balcony/terrace too. The location is very good - close to a big and smaller supermarkets, taverns and the beach. I highly recommend to stay at the Anastasia Apartments Hanioti.

It's very close to the beach, app 5 minutes and even closer to the city center. The apartment has all necessary kitchen amenities and the wi fi is great. Everyday cleaning and change of towels. As soon as we arrived, Dino the owner was more than nice with us, we arrived at 10 am and the check in was at 15 pm. He brought us a delicious breakfast untill the room was ready. The apartments are nice furnitured, spacious, and exceptionaly clean. They clean the rooms and change the towels everyday, perfect cleaning. We enjoyed every minute there and we can t wait to get back. Our kids had a really great time there too. We had an incredible stay at the apartment in Hanioti. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly clean. Its convenient location allowed us to easily access restaurants, the village center, and the beach. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was Konstantinos, the owner. He went above and beyond to make our stay a 10/10 experience. Konstantinos was always available to help, answered all our questions, and even helped us make reservations at some of the top restaurants in the area. His hospitality was truly outstanding and added immense value to our trip. I highly recommend this apartment.

If you are looking for a place to stay at Chaniotis/Chalkidiki, look no further, this the place for you! We, a family with kids age 9 and 14 have stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is even better on the pictures, everything is new and seriously clean! They clean the room and change the towels daily. The linen is crispy white and the blankets smell as freshly washed. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, so we had really good sleep and rest. Our apartment had very spacious balcony/patio where we enjoyed sitting after beach and at night. The house yard is full of plants, palms and a very beautiful pomegranate tree..  The house surrounding is very quiet, but in just a few steps you can get to the village center, super markets, bakeries and shops.. The beach is also close, a 5 minute walk, so you don’t have to use a car to go anywhere. And something which is very rare for apartments close to the village centers - they have they own private parking, so you don’t have to worry about finding a place for your car. And in the end, the biggest compliments goes to the host Mr. Konstantinos. This is the most welcoming, friendly, kind and polite host we have ever had! Mr. Konstantinos can give lessons in hospitality, friendliness and how to make people feel welcomed and special! We will always recommend this place to our friends!

"We (a family with two boys aged 8 and 10) stayed for 4 nights in this newly renovated beautiful apartment. The interior was new, stunning, and to our liking. What we also loved is that there was ample storage space for clothing. The double bed was delightful to sleep in, and the bathroom was lovely! It also had 2 air conditioning units and a nice balcony. The apartment is located within a short walking distance from the charming center and the beach. But the biggest compliments go to the host. What a caring, enthusiastic, and friendly young man. He was ready to help with anything we needed and provided great tips. We hope to return here in the future!"

We were two families with teenage kids. Everything was great, clean, nice apartments, the kitchen had everything we needed. Dino was very polite, helpful and he provided everything we needed. The beach is close, but if you are with small kids and have many things to bring to the beach, it is helpful to go with a car. Otherwise it is around 5 min walk.

The apartment was great: big, cozy, clean and with nice furniture. The bed was so comfortable! Besides, it's in an optimal position: super market, bar, restaurants and the beach are all within foot distance. It has a private parking spot too which it's been great: we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot on the public street which was already very busy with cars. The host Konstantinos has been great. He is such a wonderful person: kind, friendly and ready to answer our questions and requests. He has given us some great tips about beaches and restaurants!

Our experience there was perfect ! We were going to be a little late and host waited for us, which was perfect. The location is 2 minutes walk from the center and 400m. from the beaches (which are great). If you are wondering where to stay this is your place. All of the rooms had air conditioning and the rooms were fitted to everyone's needs. The host was very kind and helped us with everything ! The place has a private parking which was very spacious ! We will stay there again next time !
