We asked for the aircon to be switched on but it didn’t work. Pretty hot in the room.

Cleanliness was not so good even I stayed there in the death season. I also work in hotels as guest relations agent, I cannot imagine during the high season.

Location is perfect, easy to reach the port where you can go to Turkey but for the other port you should walk around like 10-15 minutes maximum. Close to the center and the beach. Staff knows english very well and helpful.

We were really happy with our room, it was so spacious and had a lovely balcony. As the balcony was overlooking the street I was worried about the noise but we discovered that the room was really quiet and we had a great sleep. Lovely hotel in a great location. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within reach and the hotel overlooks the port, which is very picturesque.

Check in was slow. The night before went there and requested early check in (we have 1 year old son ) they managed to prepare room arround 1 pm however communication between staff was poor and we got the room arround 1:30 pm after i asked to houskeeping supervisor. Beside of that everyrhing was perfect !

I think the Hotel is missing a trick when it comes to the rooftop Bar. Beautiful views across the town, it’s a shame that it shuts at 6pm. The Hotel could make this a cocktail bar of a night time. Cocktail menu a bit limited.

The location was perfect overlooking the harbour. The room was a very good size for a twin bedded room. Balcony views was exactly what we wanted. Lots of sun beds available. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we’ve had in Greece. The bar and terrace was a lovely area to have an evening drink. Bar very reasonably priced

Excellent location for onward trip from ferry port

The noise from other guests late at night, although this is to be expected with such a central location.

The room was large, very comfortable and cleaned daily. The location is perfect for solo travellers as everything in Kos town is a short walk away. The harbour view from the room was the highlight of my stay at the hotel. I particularly enjoyed listening to the fishing boats returning in the evening with traditional Greek music playing.

The bathroom and kitchen are very dated with missing shower door and cracked tiles etc. There also seemed to be a leak from bathroom roof, but not too much.

Good location on the main bay of Kos. The room was quite large with decent amenities, and 2 air conditioners that worked well. The pool and bar on roof was nice enough to get away from things.

A small dish soap, dish towel, and sponge would have been helpful for the kitchenette to wash and dry the dishes.

Really clean, spacious, and in a great location in Kos Town. I loved that I had a microwave, and refrigerator, balcony and plenty of room to stretch out. Bed was very comfortable, and in a great location, not far from the beach, market and restaurants. Staff was also very cheerful and kind!

Had some cockroaches in our room on the first night - when we went down to reception they offered to use spray around the room. Thankfully we never had any sightings of cockroaches again after this but we did keep all our clothes in our suitcases just to be safe which put a slight dampener on the room.

Excellent location, stunning views from the top floor. The cleaners were very friendly and accommodating and did a fantastic job everyday. The pool is nice and anytime we went we got sun beds without a problem.
