A beautiful guest house in a perfect location- we were able to explore most of the monasteries by foot. Very quiet, and still the village and the restaurants are within few minutes walking. The staff is most welcoming and helpful. Super clean. Very good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The showers was very small and created a lot of mess in the bathroom.

Location, location. Beautiful host. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Lovely verandah to enjoy the incredible view. Walking distance to fantastic tavernas, one of the monasteries and the lovely village of Kastraki.

- very friendly owner who gave us a warm welcome and advices for visiting the area - maybe the best place to discover meteora. you can start hiking tours directly from the hotel. - room with a great view to the meteora rocks - many free parking places

Everything was great!

The location is wonderful if you want a quiet place where you hear the monastery bells in the morning. The property is immaculate and the hosts accommodating. We had a corner room with a wraparound balcony and french doors on each side. Our view on one side was of one of the monasteries, the other a view of the "scarf" offering. There are 2 good restaurants a block away or there's a nice walk to the village that takes about 10 minutes. We walked to the first monastery which took about 15 minutes. A great place to soak up the magic of Meteora!

Very small bathroom with handheld sprayer. Not a reason to avoid, just to be aware.

Location was amazing at the edge of town closest to the monasteries. The staff was lovely and attentive. The morning breakfast was a treat. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed and basic furnishing.. Nice private balcony with table and chairs and view of monasteries. Abundant easy parking. Convenient to drive to monasteries. Highly recommend download a self guided walking tour and share with partner by each using an earbud.

You should hold the shower head when taking shower

Perfect location to visit Metaor. It is the second last hotel in the street. The rocks of Meteora is just in front of the house, just like what is described on Booking website. The hotel has beautiful views of the rocks of Meteora, Rooms are clean, quite and with balcony. Air conditioner works well and quite. WIFI connection in good condition. Very good breakfast included, so you can enjoy it in the "in the shade of the rocks of Meteora". Free parking places are available at the house. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very relax and enjoyable experience, you may just want to stay longer to enjoy the natural rock landscape.

Built, managed and hosted according to "Swiss standards" in Greece, which was a great surprise. Perfect location for visiting Meteora monasteries. Clean and cossy.

Amazing view to the mountains, very close to the two most monasteries, beautiful design, nice to be outside of the touristy city of Kalabaka but still close enough to enjoy it. The breakfast was our biggest surprise, very Greek and delicious. Amazing service, wonderful hostess

Amazing location, amazing breakfast (I don't know why some reviews didn't like breakfast, it was great). But most of all, the hostess went beyond everything. The owner gave us directions about the public bus, gave us bottles of water..promised to help us get taxi (it was not needed, but I have no doubt she would have helped). Just great. Go stay there!

Bathrooms were tiny and very cramped. Wifi was spotty so used our hotspot mostly. AC was inadequate but again thats how we found it in all of Greece.

The location is excellent. I wanted a guesthouse closest to the monasteries and this was was 5 min walk to the St Nicholas monastery. My son in the morning even hiked beyond St Nicholas monastery to Varlam / Barlam and took the path next to Rousanau to go the observation point. That would not have been possible had we lived in town or in kalabaka. The view was exceptional.

Very well situated, just between the attractions and the restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms with a lovely view from the balcony and delicious breakfast. The host is absolutely amazing, 10*+++

The was a small bit of traffic noise but once it got late it was minimal.

The view and breakfast was spectacular. The room was a good size and very clean and the shower was great. The woman who the ran the place was so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.
