Breakfast was great. A good deal of choice and all delicious. The room was comfortable, but a little small, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the archeological museum easily.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Th room was a bit small but well equiped. Breakfast was very good. Eating dinner at the rooftop restaurant was gorgeous.

One night a bunch of youths made a lot of noise in the hallway which woke us up.

25 Euro surcharge for staying with a dog. Why ? Justify it. My dog didn't have a bed, didn't eat breakfast, and didn't use the shower. Next time I will book a room with 3 beds, it's cheaper. Presumably the room is cleaned anyway between guests, so no need for an extra charge unless there is damage. Which there was not.

Convenient location. For Heraklion, good parking facility nearby.

There is no sound proof as can hear people walking & talking in corridor. It will be good also if can provide TV in the room with YouTube & Netflix.

Location which is close to the port. Breakfast is provided. The hotel provide alternative carparks area, one of them is free parking area near the port.

Man on duty at 5:30 PM in rooftop bar a bit rude: no one there but us and he got annoyed when I borrowed a chair from 1 of the MANY unreserved and empty tables for a few minutes. Husband didnt like the bed but I did. NOISE: in the flight pattern of the airport and didnt realize. That should be noted in your description. Loud people so thinner walls. Not much rest throught the night.

View from 303 was fantastic!!! Room adorable - very nicely done. Loved the raki' nice touch! Michaelis at check in very nice. Good location.

We chose the property for the view which was very difficult to see from our room (even though we paid for a room with view) but after being there I think I would’ve preferred staying in city center, just steps away from the park area.

Rooftop bar was nice and convenient. Breakfast buffet was a really nice spread.

The different elevators could be confusing.

The location near the port was very convenient since we needed to take a ferry very early. Parking was fairly easy. Having a restaurant in the hotel was nice. The view of the port was nice and the hotel staff were pleasant.

If you have a car and not familiar with the location then you will find it a bit confused. My first night room is noisy and hot because of the air conditioner motor was outside by the balcony and the shower area is dirty. After I requested to change room although the room is slightly smaller and from a twins bed room to a small double but the shower area and the bathroom room is much cleaner and no noise and heat from the motor of the air conditioner and I do much enjoy staying than the other room.

The location is great specially if you like to explore in town only. Everything is closest by.

Not 100% clean in our room- hair & fluff on floor, residual toilet paper on toilet brush. Facilities also looked liked some maintenance needed- one half of balcony door didn’t open (rusted shut) & wood around bathroom door a bit rotted….. needs a refresh.
