The only thing we didn’t like and it has no direct reference to the property, but the wasps were a nuisance and made it very difficult to sit and eat breakfast outside.

The cleanliness of the property. It was lovely and spacious with enough sun beds for all the family. Dimitri was so lovely and always at hand to respond to our questions.

The villa is exactly as you see in pictures. it’s spacious, clean and very well maintained. The outside areas are amazing! The pool area is spacious and the views over the bay are incredible. Special thanks to Dimitris! He’s a wonderful host - friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend the villas!

The drive up to the villa was very steep indeed and twisty, we had to take a run at it in the car each time. This would put some people off

excellent location, short walk downhill to village/harbour- uphill on way back but good for the fitness! has everything you need for a self catering holiday, Dimitri who looks after the villas is delightful and has great recommendations for eating out and places to visit! the view is amazing, there is a bit of building going on around the area but doesn’t interfere. great pool although a bit chilly as we were early in the season!

Would have been handy to have had a net or something similar to be able to clear the pool from dropped leaves/insects etc in between the daily clean. Also there is some construction currently underway in the surrounding area, so was a little noisy. Noisy neighbours with a noisy dog, found it difficult to block out the noise but that was nothing to do with the villa.

Location is fantastic. Villa is well kept and lovely to have a pool. Housekeeper Dimitris was particularly brilliant and was extremely welcoming and giving good advice about where to eat, where to visit etc.

Beautiful villas up on the hill with awesome view. Hosts super friendly and easy to communicate with, surely exceeded our expectations. Picturesque little village with a few options to eat and drink. Will definitely come back next year!

Minor points: Showers a little cramped . A suggestion would be that bins for rubbish and waste are provided for use by the four villas in a central location. This would save carrying it down the hill each time!

Location wonderful. One of the best views we have had. Very good communication with the host. Walk down to Sivota was very easy, took a little longer coming back!

First of all, it was advertised as bathrooms en-suite; they weren't! When I spoke to the manager of the property, he tried to explain that en-suite can mean next-to! I pointed out, the bathroom on the ground floor wasn't even next-to but opposite. I asked him how many hotel en-suite bedrooms he stays in where he has to go out of his bedroom and across the landing? He held his hands up and said he would amend the advertising. I hope he does! There was a plug at ground level that comes away from the wall, exposing the wires; we didn't use it. Children beware! And whilst the locked air-con (at 25°) is fine in the bedrooms, not having it in the main room (lounge/kitchen) is odd! The internet was at best adequate and occasionally non-existent! To be fair, this might be a symptom of Greek small villages access. Although Netflix is advertised, it's impossible to watch as the picture buffers every minute or so! Not that we really wanted to, there was so much else to do. 5G was excellent and we mainly used that. Then there is the building work going on in front of the villa; drills, hammering, etc. all starting at 9am. I am sure they will be finished soon, and after a while you get used to it and in any case, we didn't spend much of the day in the villa. I don't want to appear too negative as we had a wonderful 2 weeks on Lefkada.

The location was great and Dimitris the ever-present but utterly wonderful host, fabulous. Lots of recommendations and helpful advice. The artwork on the walls was original and a wonderful surprise. In fact, they were worth the price of the villa. I would have liked to take one or two home! A unique and great attraction. The view is stunning, though the owners must be annoyed there is building going up in front, blocking the harbour view. The property and (small) pool was clean and very well looked after.

A bit of a walk down to the village

The garden surrounding the villa was lovely with flowers and fragrant plants. The pool area was great for relaxing in. Dimitri the care taker was very helpful and friendly
