Everything was very good.

First of all, I like to say the host was very good and kind, everything was very clean, and you have anything that you need in the apartment, no need for iron, hair dryer, clean towels, also it have an espresso machine. The location is very good, you need 5-10 min to the beach, and 2 min to the centar of the village. Overall everything was very nice I would recommend it to anyone!!!

Location is excellent. Studios are located just a street behind main pedestrian street in Hanioti. Hosts are great, room was very clean.

Air conditioner very noisy from time to time, we were told that cleaning will take place in day 3, but it happened in day 5 and was only change of bed linnen and towels. TV was vintage:)) but we didn't use it. Owner said new TV will be install next week.

Tv set was very old (not flat screen) so we couldn't watch movies on usb as we planned to. A curtain in shower would have been helpful.

The location very central , but in a quiet place. The apartment clean and fully-equipped . A fan, electrical kettle, microwave also available. Wifi fast . Cozy balcony. The couple which runs the place, very pleasant and helpful.

Cleaning service should be more frequent, eg. after 3 days, instead or 4 or 5. Beds are not much comfortable. Some small things are missing, like liquid and sponge for washing dishes in the kitchen, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, etc. Three of six electric bulbs were not working. TV set was old and very small, hanged on the wall, and I hit my head on it several times. There is no private parking, only public on the street. Besides, they charged my credit card three weeks before arrival.

The apartment was clean and the location is good.

There is actually room for improvement in the room itself. It could have a shower curtain and more regular cleaning service.

The location is nice, it has a lot of stuff around. It also has a balcony, where you can smoke. The landlords are also very polite.

A wonderful studio! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there! Huge balconies and sea views. The place is quite quiet, so it's great to come with children! The hosts are very hospitable, as if she came to visit relatives))) I will definitely come back again! Thanks!

No parking!!!! We been told there’s parking but unfortunately!!!There’s one public car park FOR EVERYONE but always was full, as local and tourist are parking there, we were coming back late evening never found a space every single road was packed as even local people are parking there, really difficult and stressful as you don’t have space to leave your car if you rent a car. Cleaning!!! we been told cleaner is coming every 3 days we stayed 10 days & cleaner was only twice 🤷🏻‍♀️.Definitely rating on booking over rated. Property over priced also. Very old fashion property I know they have a modern rooms also but much more expensive. Curtains are burned with a cigarettes, slabs from my bed was keeping failing down as is been cutting off from different furniture and they were too short so while you sleep it was massive noise. Walls are very thin you could hear your neighbour all the time. In that price you could get much better room in the hotel together with a breakfast.

Owners are very nice and polite, good location as is based in central Town, very close to the beach a lot of small shops, restaurants around. Rooms are not very modern but we were aware of that as we saw pictures on line which was acceptable. We had top corner room so positive was we had a massive balcony.

This is the first time this has happened in Greece, and the remarks of other guests have been confirmed that the host is giving an introductory half-hour lecture on some of his house rules, instead of taking care to clean the space. the room was dirty, with the smell of damp and mold.

The owner wasn't kind at all, we were on second floor so every day we had to carry baby stroller upstairs and baby and bags when I ask him to put baby stroller on ground floor he didn't want to. He don't want to bring baby crib our baby to sleep in it, I don't know the reason why, his wife told us that is no problem they will bring but hi told her something on greek and that was it. Two days there was no hot water, after I complained the owner fix it, but at first hi told me to boil water and bath baby if there is no hot water. There wasn't kitchen dishes at all, the coffee pot was dirty, with stainess of coffee, I spotted this because I need the coffee pot for boiling water for baby milk. The parking space is problem when you have to carry all luggage with you and baby in your hands.

Nothing special. When the owner is not kind everything good fals in water. I am sure that there are much better places to go for the money that i pay. And I am really surprised by the studios rating, by my opinion it doesn't worth it.

We spent two nights here on vacation and I must say that everything was great. The location of the apartment is quite close to the center of the city, and close to the beaches, also, there was free parking spaces provided for us. The owner of the apartmens was very thoughtful and welcoming, which was a big plus. As for the room, it was clean and everything was in order. The apartment met our expectations and I would fully recommend it!
