Can’t sit on balcony because of mosquitoes….and there are no nets on windows!!!!! In our room on ground floor in the toilet there was no window or any ventilation. A few spiders in room when we arrived.

The host was very nice and friendly. Location is good, you have a few markets and restaurants near. Quiet nights. They change the sheets and towels everyday.

There's bad smell from the toilet apparently from the canalization, the wi-fi connection is very slow almost not reaching, there are a lot of mosquitoes so better be prepared

The studios are located almost at the end of Kalamitsi with about 5 km from the nearest beaches. The property has it's own parking lot with a capacity for 5 cars (fit if the others are properly parked), but there's also free public parking spaces for about 50 m, so it's not a big deal. The owner is friendly, the double bed is good for sleep, the studio is enough comfortable for stay. Good spot for staying with about 20-25 km by car to the top beaches and the town of Lefkas. The terraces on the first floor are amazing for a morning coffee and the place is quiet and very calm.

The biggest downside is the lack of mosquito nets, which I consider a significant oversight, given the abundance of mosquitoes. The kitchen could be a bit more modern and better equipped, and the room lighting could also be improved.

The hosts were excellent, the room was regularly cleaned, and every three days, we had fresh towels and bed linens. The room is spacious, and has a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and coffee each morning before heading to Lefkada's beaches.

The property is difficult to locate - google maps shows it to be further up the street, not very well signposted, but we asked some locals and found it just fine.

Location is great but a car is required. Near a few lovely coffee shop/bar/lunch places as well as some shops, despite being in a small village. Everyone were lovely!

Lenia studios location is perfect for exploring the west coast of Lefkada, with some of the most beautiful beaches just 10 min away by car. There are several great restaurant options in the village. The village itself is a quaint and charming little place in the traditional Greek style. And because it quiets down by midnight, you can actually get some rest. The accommodation was quite spacious and cleaned regularly, with towels and sheets replaced each couple of days. The host Laura is truly kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely visit again.

Settled in the place sorounded with trees and other green plants, the hotel looks like a hiden gem :) Near the well known beaches enables peaceful environment for resting and a good sleep in not so hot nights, due to the altitude. Spatious room, very clean, kitchen equipped with all elements needed, the bathroom very clean, balcony with a very nice garden view and a great host, always in positive mood, helpful, friendly and professional. Great value for the price!

There is old bathroom and there are not enough deashes. But, it is enough for few days.

Cute studio, nice housemate, markets and the most beautiful beaches are near. The studio was being cleaned every day. I recommend this studio for couples with car or bike.

Very quiet village, 30 mn from Lefkada town. Room very clean, simple and cheap. The lady in charge is very friendly.

- the internet was awful, we couldn't even watch a movie on netflix - there was no shower curtain, we flooded the bathroom everytime we had a shower - there was no hair dryer, iron, etc.

- the host is very nice, mrs. Laura really did her best for us to feel confortable - the room was very clean and was cleaned daily - the breakfast was ok, we had eggs, yogurth, jam, honey, toast - the balcony is beautiful, although there is no intimacy - we could see out neighbors really well :)

A great place and a wonderful lady Laura who cares about her guests and helps. Rooms are large, clean, nicely furnished, with a small kitchen and a large balcony. Daily cleaning, fragrant towels. Ideal location, a few minutes by car to the best beaches of the island, parking under the house. Right next to a pub, a grocery store, everything you need is a good place. It is an amazing convenience because you do not waste time commuting. 5 *****

The Internet speed in that part of the island is very poor, not suitable for work.

Very clean, every day sheet changing, parking inside. If you want to visit the best beaches of the island this is the best position to stay, 5 min to Megali Petra, 15 min to Paralia Kathisma
