location excellent. hosts are friendly and helpful. plenty of programs available directly organised by the host. free sundbeds and parasols are great!

We were happy that the cleaning ladies came every second day, but the cleaning wasn't really thorough. They never once cleaned the sink in the bathroom or provided a new soap after the little one we got was finished. Furthermore, of course people come here to eat out and not to spend too much time in the kitchen, but I was missing some basic stuff from the kitchen, for example: a dish cloth.

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and last but not least it's located only about a minute from the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved our terrace even though it didn't overlook the sea. Altogether, I highly recommend Manthos.

Bathroom door didn’t close properly, from time to time a not so pleasant fuel smell from the boats in front of the property, loud party people next door (but this has actually nothing to do with the property itself …)

Great ocean view, amazing location (not as many tourists than in Laganas or Zakynthos town), spacious room with 2(!) balconies, nice and very helpful staff, one minute to the beach, supermarket next door, pool was also great for a swim in the evening

Loved the pool, loved the sea just in front of the hotel - the location was superb. A lot of shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a nice experience, and we definitely were not disappointed.

The isolation to the upstairs rooms could be a bit better. We could sometimes hear them later in the night. Nothing from our left/right neighbours though.

The room we had was nice and clean. There is plenty of room in the closet to put your clothes. The small kitchen area was very nice to have. We had everything to be able to cook but we didn't do that much cooking. The staff was really nice and willing to help us. The property is super close to the beach, so if you have the door to the balcony open you can hear the waves which I enjoyed. Lots of restaurants and mini-markets in the area. Laganas is about 30-40min walk so if you want to have a quieter vacation with the option of some partying i think this location is really good. Cameo Island is close as well, 15min walk, going on the beach side.

The fact we couldnt arrive when planned (due to illness) and so lost most of our holiday . We were absolutely gutted but Manthos tried to make things better for us by offering to extend our stay which unfortunately wasnt possible and offering a later check out too. We are looking forward to returning again that is for sure.

The location here is fantastic. Right near the beach ( which has just been made a little bigger by adding more sand ) The people are all lovely which is why we return year after year. ITs our favourite part of Zakynthos. Pick up your keys from the boat trip place just in front of apartments. We always get boats from here which are good value.

Very good quiet location. Many restaurants with delicious food next to accommodation. Very nice service. I can recommend this apartments when are you looking for chill out. Neighborhood is very clean. I’m happy to stay there nope in Laganas. Laganas have many people over there, here is quiet, nice beach, possibilities of rent a water equipment and many small supermarkets. I hope I’ll back in the future. I love Zakhynos. I send greetings. 😁

On the pictures of the hotel it shows a high up balcony with a full view of the sea whereas when you get there all rooms are on the ground floor.

Very convenient location. It had everything you needed from supermarkets and restaurants to car, boat and quad bike rentals. The beach was a 1 minute walk. The owner and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and wanted to provide the best service for your stay. Highly recommended as its also a 10 minute drive from Laganas with frequent taxis available.

We couldn't find any toileteries, hair dryer or iron in our apartment though these things were mentioned in the description. The beds were not comfy.

The apartment is in a very good location with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Apartment is close to restaurants, beach, shops. It was nice to have a pool on the way to the sea. The staff was always ready to help. We rented an excursion with a boat from Manthos Beachfront - it was just amazing.

The apartment consisted of a double bedroom and then a single bed in living room with a pull out 4th bed. Was very tight for space but fortunately due to the stunning location we werent in the apartment much

The location of the apartment was superb, so very close to the beach. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quite small and thats the only reason I havent a higher review. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Local facilities and restaurants were superb. Cant wait to return!

We had the apartment on the top floor, amazing views and nice spacious apartment! Good bed and 2 seperate balconies. Swimmingpool was good and the beach is super close by! Supermarket next door and a couple of good restaurants in the area. Private parking in the back and cleaning service was good; 2x in just one week. Just fantastic and we will definitely come back!

The lack of hangers and drying rack in the room, as well as the weak wi-fi. I got the room on the ground floor, so I also didn't get the marvelous view that is advertised...

Manthos is not in Laganas but Agios Sostis so the discription was a bit misleading. We booked a double bed and we got 2 single beds instead. The owner didnt help or care at all. Also the room was a small studio, they don't show on the pictures so that was very dissapointing. The curtains were dirty, there were yellow and brown stains on it. The whole bathroom gets wet when you take a shower because the shower was ridiculous. The floor was sandy all the time, even after cleaning. The housekeeper cleans once in two days. There was no iron and no hair dryer in the studio.

I liked the Manthos tours they sell.
