The bathroom is a good size, however shower seemed to have a minor drainage issue.

Maria is a big hearted and generous person, She warmly greeted us on arrival, she assisted us hire a car, and ensured we got a reasonable deal. The is a small Greek family business, which we loved. The property is one street back from the beach, but very close to many restaurants and two beaches. She provided us with a loan of a beach umbrella and mats for the beaches. The room was spacious and in excellent condition, and good lighting. The room had a small kitchen area, which allowed us to have our own / desired breakfast, and we also cooked a simple meal on one night. Our room had a small covered balcony; which was great for our breakfast. Its well located to explore inland villages, and other beaches.

The host family was very friendly and helpful, room was kept very clean. One street back from Agia Ana beach, a 2 minute walk. Beach and sea very clean and many nice taverna’s. Boat tours go from the port next to beach.

Loved our stay so much - huge thanks to Maria and her family for being so welcoming - this was the best family run hotel to stay in - everything was thought of and catered for and the room was always clean. Was so impressed with everything. We’ve done a trip across Naxos and Paros and this was by far the best and easiest place - steps from the beach and great restaurants and supermarkets and coffee shops - everything you need is very close including multiple bus stops as well. Super comfortable place, always clean and had everything you needed and a really lovely family running it as well. I’m in Paros now at a more expensive hotel and it has NOTHING compared to Maria’s Residence - we had a really great stay. Can’t fault it at all. Highly recommend.

The beds were pretty hard & uncomfortable, there is no shower curtain in the bathroom, so water does go everywhere, luckily it’s hot enough that it dries quickly.

Family run business, made you feel like family as well, nothing was too hard, always willing to help you to make your stay more enjoyable. They were happy to help me organise taxi into town or to hire a car.

Very clean. Spacious with 2 balconies with sun at different parts of the day. Very helpful host who helped with any queries we had. Bathroom was fantastic with both a rain shower and hand held head.

Amazing location, we are travelling with 2 little kids and it was perfect to go beach, eat and supermarket. What made our stay more enjoyable was Maria and her family. So hospitable and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Value for money

Great location - everything is on your doorstep - beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, yet the place is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. Despina and her family are very welcoming, kind and considerate hosts and she takes care of everything you need. You really couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely stay here again.

Maria is a wonderful host. Her appartments are beautiful and super clean. She is always there and can help with everything you need. You immediately feel like home at her place. The location of the appartment is fantastic - just 100 meters from my favourite beach Agia Anna. I can highly recommend these appartments. Thank you Maria. I will come back.

The location of Maria’s Residence is right next to a very large public parking space and very close to Agia Anna beach. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and helpful, they guided us during our stay to all the best beaches and attractions.

Maria and her family were wonderful and so helpful! The pictures do not do the hotel justice it was beautiful and located less than 50m from the best beaches in Naxos! Bus stops right outside too and in an amazing location in terms of amenities. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent place to stay. Maria's family is lovely, very welcoming and friendly, even gave us some vegetables from the countryside a couple of times. The room vary in style and standard, from what I could notice, but even though ours wasn't the newest, it was clean, spacious, with AC, and most of all with big terrace and view on the sea. I could come back here again!
