Less liked the breakfast - little choice, minimum amount of each item (for example, 2-3 slices of white cheese on a plate only), a few small pieces of tomatoes and fruit. There was not enough choice of hot dishes. And there is no standard swimming pool.

I very liked our room (suite), interior and location of the hotel. Parking services were exceptionally good, a high standard quality.

The AC in our room- our first night was challenging due to the AC that did not work properly in 32 degree weather. Worked well the next day- we had to keep all the drapes closed to cool the room throughout the day as we had a South-facing room. Other than this, everything else exceeded expectations

The promptness of service- exceeded expectations. The staff were very efficient, thoughtful, and accommodating. We made 3 requests during our stay and all were attended to within leas than 5 minutes from the time we made the call. Valet service was also free,

Very polite and helpfull staff, central location, rich breakfast and very clean rooms... Also this hotel has own parking space for the guests.. (it is super hard to find a parking space at central thessaloniki because all car parks are always full)

no coffee place in the hotel, the restaurant very deem and not inviting ,the swimming pool not what we expected very small like a big tub , noise till very late at night ( 2 am) from a nearby pub

One year ago we had our wedding at Mediterranean hotel and stayed at this suite. We were excited to return for our anniversary at the same suite, we informed the hotel about the reason of our visit and to our surprise there was no welcome gift...no fruits, wine etc. Nothing. Moreover, they advertise the suite having luxury products in its bathroom, we remember them from last year. This time they offered the basic products that the simple rooms had. Moreover, some of them were used and half full. Other than that, our stay was very nice, but these small details left an unpleasant taste to us.

Mediterranean Palace is like a little gem at the heart of the city. Its design is luscious, romantic and royal at the same time. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, the executive suite is beautiful and spacious.

Everything. From the very first moment the staf makes you feel being in the centre of their attention. The amenities are exceptional and exceptionally located; one short walk to everywhere.

Pool was minuscule and practically non-existing. The bidet in our room did not work. We asked for someone to fix he came without knocking and did not fix it. We paid for a room with an extra bed and did not get the extra bed. The staff was nice, but nothing beyond and did not try to make any extra step toward us. We ordered a room with a bath and got one without it. The reception told us this was an upgrade. When we asked for the room we ordered, they questioned us if we used the room (we did not) that they gave us originally.

The hotel location was great, and the room was very well-decorated. Breakfast was really good with everything we could ask for. Beds were comfortable. So all in all a good enough hotel

The rooms overlooking the port are very noisy. It was quite hot in the room so we opened the door to the porch. The noise was unbearable. From the street and the ships that dock. All night long.

Really nothing was wrong. The few things that went wrong, like no hot water one day and hot tub in spa broken were immediately corrected or made up for. Very gracious.

Fabulous location with sea/port view and right in the middle of the most charming neighborhood in Thessaloniki. Staff excellent and accommodating. Room very nice and clean and bed comfy, great linens etc.
