Тhe hotel is in the very center of the city. It is in an interesting building from the turn of the century, but it has been completely renovated. There is no parking, but the guy at the reception was very nice and helped to find the right place. The guys at the Reception are very kind, helpful and smiling.

The parking facility that the hotel recommended was closed on Sunday and on a holiday. It was only by chance that we learned of this and it could have caused us a lot of trouble.

We used this location as a base for seeing sites nearby. The hotel is in an area with many restaurants and stores in walking distance. The owners were very nice and very accommodating.

I did not like the fact that we did not have more time to visit.

Everything was really nice,very clean, the stuff,is situeted in center so u have all the facilities u want, the town is very nice, very clean and love that atmosphere.

Everything was ok.

Central location near everything you need, bars, tavernas, restaurants, supermarket, Hondos Center 😊. The apartment was large, recently renovated, very comfortable. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Very nice staff- as we were with a toddler, they promoted us both times from a double room to a suit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also the location of hotel is perfect -close to the centre and also next to it there is a great bakery for breakfast:) we recommend it, and we’ ll choose it again fir our next transit trip. Thank you.

the mattress and pillows are a bit hard for our taste,. ..but, nevertheless we had a good sleep.

great location right in the center of the city, close to bars and restaurants. we were very pleasantly surprised to see how lively Serres is at night. the hotel takes you back in time,.. almost with an old French Quarter charm. the staff was very nice and even brought us coffee in the room at 6 am since we had an early departure and no coffee shops were open yet.

Central location, a few parking spots on the street reserved for hotel guests. We stayed att a suite room with separate bedrooms. The reception stuff was very kind and helpful.

I was not impressed with the shower. I think it should be replaced with a more sophisticated one where you can have different kinds of water flow and can use it better as a replacement of a bidet. Also, I found the mattress a little bit hard for my taste.

The location is the best in town. The staff are extremely polite and very friendly and helpful.

the windows dis not have a protection from mosquitos a d they could not be half open so at night we coupd only have the airco which is was not the best for night

Nothing, everything was great!

It was very clean, extremely kind and nice people, the apartment was recently renovated and there is free parking, wifi and a very nice bakery nextdoor for a delicious breakfast and coffee. We were with two kids ( 3 and 7) and it fully suited our needs! It is located at the city center, great location!

The hotel is situated right in the middle of the city, close to the pedestrian area with all the bars and restaurants. It can be a little hard to find a parking space. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Our room was very clean and spacious. I would stay here again when I will visit Serres.
