Had an ant problem and I was bitten quite badly on my hands and feet

Location and facilities were good. We asked the hotel for a few things like a kettle in the room, late check out and twin beds which were all granted. Super helpful staff.

The hotel is just by the sea but there is basicly no beach. Rooms are very simple; but great value of money.

Very nice lively location. Cool pool, great garden. Hotel is kind of retro but we liked it.

The shower caddy and curtain were quite old, the water was all over the bathroom after one shower. I belive these need to be changed, but besides the old-looking bathroom, everything was alright.

The rooms are clean, breakfast varies each day, and the staff is friendly. Also, the pool is next to the sea, which makes it very nice.

Staff are super nice and helpful. The hotel has everything you might need, the rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was also good quality. It is not your fancy 5 star hotel with brand new furniture and facilities, but it is excellent value for money. Also great location, right by the sea and in the centre.

Hotel is tired and dated, photos used to market this property are far better than in real life. Also, we had booked a double but upon arriving our room had two single beds.

Property was in a good location and breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were dark & very run down. Door handle fell off, shower had only curtain. Floor in bathroom was always wet very dangerous

- old facilities (late 80s to 90s), but everything worked - hard beds - safe super annoying to close, haven’t figured it out till the end - super small shower tub - need to throw toilet paper into trash bin instead of toilet - breakfast quality was quite poor (cheap food) - bar kind of expensive - the staff was mostly friendly except for a guy, who has a twin brother. He was there with his family, but he was obviously still working too. He ignored me the whole stay, didn’t even once look at me or say hello to me, very arrogant. Also they have a dog, whose whining is heartbreaking, when they just leave him alone in their small house on the property. He was obviously suffering but the guy just left without even caring… - I had a room facing the street. There is a bar which every evening blasts loud music and sometimes bad karaoke singers till about midnight. I could drown out the noise with ear plugs though. If possible, ask for a room facing the garden or one of the small bungalows in the garden

- location directly at the sea (no sand beach though, you step directly into the water, which is fine) - friendliness of almost all the staff - big room and cute balcony - pool good size and clean - toilet, showers and bar in the garden - garden and pool with enough umbrellas and beach chairs for everyone - 24 h reception - decent checkout time - fridge and safe at the room - proper AC - many restaurants and shops just minutes away by foot

The breakfast was a bit poor.

The hotel / compound is located directly by the sea, offering great views from most rooms / bungalows. The rooms are kept clean, although it is noted that the facility is generally old, but well kept. The staff were very friendly.

The property looks tired and old. The shower is very small and the shower curtain sticks to the body while showering.

The location is superb. The accommodation is clean but quite outdated and needs renovation. The breakfast is very nice.

Continental breakfast was good. Perhaps a bit more fruit as an observation but this is a minor point. B and b is the only option which appealed to me as the all inclusive mass tourism around the Greek islands is a soulless experience.

Fantastic place at the southern end of Agrassi. Quiet and peaceful without any of the chaos of mass tourism. Main building and bungalow units set in gardens around a stunning pool. There is direct access Via steps into crystal clear warm waters; a Haven for passionate sea swimmer like me. Loads of sun loungers all around the gardens and along the sea wall looking out to sea. A very quiet clean place to stay very closes to a huge selection of restaurants and tavernas. I had room 107(you get a big proper key on a magnet which plugs to the wall for electric to turn on) which has a lovely little balcony looking out to sea and gardens. The room came equipped with a fridge and a kettle with which to make tea and coffees A great family team who made all guests welcome. As a solo traveler it was happy 3 days of swimming to my hearts content.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

You wake up to an amazing sea view and within seconds you are swimming into the most beautiful clear waters of Zakynthos. Then you just relax on the sunbed and forget about the stress of everyday life. Breakfast was fantastic. The cappuccino especially was exceptionally good. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
