Only one small point - water draining from shower came up through gulley in bathroom floor. Think shower waste trap needs cleaning out but may be because it was coming up to the end of the season.

Fantastic location, room, breakfast and such friendly people, couldn't do enough for us. Absolutely charming!

Lovely small hotel on the corner of the harbour Close to everything With good regular cleaning and fab breakfast served by the best host Jerry. So helpful and friendly We had to get the early ferry on our last day so he made us a take out snack for breakfast

The hotel is in a prime location on the side of the harbour in Vathy. The room was extremely clean and tidy, the breakfast was lovely and the staff are some of the most welcoming I have ever met.

Would have been nice if there had been a few sun loungers but we were only there 2 nights, and we had a car, so we just went off to nearby beaches.

It was all fine

Simple, clean and spacious room. Refridgerator in room, good linens, towels etc. Great location in Little Vathy. Breakfast was excellent.

If you are searching for a small, traditional, family run hotel that genuinely care about their guests, Mistral is the place to be. It is well positioned, right in the heart of Vathy, overlooking the harbour with local fishermen’s boats moored up beside yachts and super yachts and it’s just moments from an array of first class tavernas and bars. The ensuite rooms are kept spotless with towels and bed linen changed frequently. Breakfast is a feast and will keep you going until lunch. If you need any assistance, such as booking taxis in Nidri, help is at hand. Honestly, nothing is too much trouble for this super trio. I would recommend pre-booking a car or quad bike, so you can really tour this idyllic Island and appreciate its numerous coves and beaches but in the evenings, just leave it parked up and either dine at the hotel or take a nearby stroll. Thank you Elizabeth, Kareem and Stathis for your wonderful hospitality. We wish you a wonderful Summer and look forward to staying with you again.

This hotel is great value and in a brilliant position in Meganisi. Breakfast was perfect with fresh baked pastries each day as well as a lovely selection of other breakfast choices all served on the terrace with a lovely view into the harbour perfect blue water and skies. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and not at all intrusive.

The only very small down side was the fact the rooms smelt of cigarette smoke,but we could leave the doors open with the mozzie nets over them and it wasn't a problem!

Everything was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful, it was a proper family run Greek hotel. They couldn't do enough for us, down to giving us a mozzie repellent for the room and calling taxis for us. The breakfast was incredible, and huge. So much variety and all delicious!! Views to the harbour and the garden are both lovely.

The location is superb as we're the views across the harbour from the front balcony. Located less than two minutes easy walk into the centre of Vathy, the accommodation was lovely and quiet. The breakfast provided was very good and filling, making our requirements for lunch very light.

The only very minor annoyance was the door key fob - it was heavy and rather cumbersome and also, when returning to our room in the evening, we were left in pitch darkness whilst trying to look the bedroom door and finding the fob holder to turn on the bedroom light. Just a suggestion - would it be possible/practical to have a timer switch to the fob holder which would simply allow the light switch to come on for just one minute whilst the door was being locked and the fob returned to its holder.

We stayed at Mistral for two nights as part of a birthday surprise. The hotel was simply exceptional, the staff were really friendly and very helpful, breakfast was delicious - and much better than I have had in many a 5-Star hotel! The Mistral is situated in the very pretty fishing village of Vethy with beautiful views overlooking the pretty harbour and complemented by our balcony, which also overlooked the harbour and was a great place to sit and relax watching all the boat movements. Not surprisingly, we will be returning to the Mistral.

Shower and bathroom very tired, need replaced. Broken bug screen jammed on duct tape repair which meant we couldn't use it. Thin walls meant the noise from the ice cream freezers kept us awake.
