The loud non relaxing music in the bar area around he pool and was the taste of the bartender there.

I loved the breakfast, the pool was really big and ther was plenty of shade around the pool. The location was great - just a 10 minute walk to the town and very close walking distance to beach and bus stops. The staff were fantastic.

The staff in the bar/ breakfast area were not always helpful and sometimes rude. Manager berating his staff and yelling at them in front of guests making staff cry.

Not the hotels fault but people leaving towels/belongings on pool chairs for ages so no one else can sit there is so I considerate.

The pool & breakfast were great! The pool was big & breakfast had a range of different foods. So close to a beautiful beach which you can walk along into town.

There were only 2 things I didn't like. One, the internet was really bad. I had to work and it was not workable at all. I didn't have issues in other places (cafes, restaurants, etc.) So be prepared for that. The other was the breakfast buffet was pretty bland. The same thing every morning for the week I was there and i just found it boring. But it was clean and others seemed to be okay with it. Good coffee and varied.

The staff was really nice and helpful. I came from the U.S. and stayed a week. My grandchildren came and played in the pool daily. It's a very clean and spacious pool.The property is really pretty and traditional style. I loved all the trees around the property, as well. Just adorable. The bartender and the lady that cooked food for the cafe/bar at the pool were very nice and the lady was very friendly and kind to my grandchildren. I would recommend this place to my friends.

The area around the pool wasn't cleaned every day so you would have drink bottles laying around from the day before.

A great location close to beach, restaurants, shopping. The rooms looked new or newly renovated. Very comfortable mattress, good water pressure in the shower and good air con in the rooms. The pool area had lots of loungers and the pool was quite big.

The pillows weren’t great! A little local tourism info would have been handy. They gave us a map - could have had info on how to buy a bus ticket, get transport etc.

The pool area only had 2 umbrellas and 4 empty poles. Even though this has been mentioned by many past guests dating back to last fall. While we were there, thankfully, they added shelter from the sun along one side of the pool. Dirty freezer. The keys are old school with the hotel name, your room number and the safe key all together.

Unfortunately during our stay we had some noisy guests not due to the fault of the hotel. The location is slightly a bit further of a walk if needing to get to the port however there is a bus stop close by.

The staff were fantastic, incredibly helpful and friendly. They even helped us when we needed an umbrella for the beach, gave us good recommendations and helped when we needed to book a taxi. They were absolutely the highlight of our stay. Pool was great especially after being in the sun and sea all day. The rooms were clean and breakfast was a good selection.

- The hotel seems to be struggling to meet the 3-stars standards and therefore delivers the bare minimum. So the breakfast and room equipment/toiletries are of the cheapest nature (e.g., toiletries, kettle, phones, shower, toilet, orange juice, eggs, etc). If the hotel would focus instead in 1 or 2 star standards, it would probably deliver much better quality and become amazing.

The bed gave us sores on our legs from the springs. Our shower door only had one panel that closed which caused our bathroom to become a mess after we showered and that panel was also rusty and grimy with mildew. The water would turn from scorching hot to freezing cold. The maid would never knock and just unlock our door while we slept. The breakfast bar was NOT good. We only ate one day and had 3 hard boiled eggs for our 6 year old bc she was starving. We are out for breakfast everyday although we booked this place bc it offered breakfast.
