We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I enjoyed the free upgrade to a sea view room, I was conveniently placed in the room next door to my friends which might have been a coincidence when we booked separately. The gym was very well equipped and I liked that the treadmills were faced to a view of the property and not a wall or mirror. The room was very new and well-designed. Breakfast had so many options. Staff was super helpful and even though the resort was closing for the season the next day everyone was so friendly and happy to help.

The service was impeccable. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Food at the restaurants was delicious. The spa was great. The beach was amazing! There is nothing I didn't like.

BelgiumI know that i can be suite critical : overall the holiday experience was great, but some details can be improved : The safety light in the room was much too clear. We noticed that the guests, who came after us in our room, and guests in similar rooms, received a welcome bottle of wine. The Unami restaurant has high prices in comparison with the food offered. The waiters in the main restaurant did some shouting against each other. Training might be a good idea. An gift from the SPA appeared to be a payable service (i neglected to study the text😳)
Breakfast was excellent. All expectations were met. The restaurant was however often too crowded.

SlovakiaI dont understand, why it wasnt possible to call a taxi driver for me to pick me up from the airport and drive me to the hotel when I called the hotel after landing. They gave me a number and I had to call it for myself and the driver didnt speak foreign languages well, so it was not an easy process. Not a pleasant start to the stay. The sauna and hammam area was not included in the price, so i would expect it to be perfect if you pay additional charge, but it was shaby, saunas not hot enough, water not cold enough, not worth the money.
Room, even though i booked the least expensive one, was perfect - comfort, size, temperature, bed and pillow, balcony and view - everything perfect. Fitness centre is free and exceptional. Breakfast buffet amazing. Welcome drink a nice surprise. Everything that was included in the price was top notch.

The breakfast buffet was extremely nice and also the staff was very helping and friendly. The resort was relaxing and there was so much to do also the entertainment was various and fun it was amazing. 100% recommend!

The Germans generally drink beer but a luxury resort deserves to have the right choice for red, white and rosé.Ans can you serve a warm Prosecco to bar clients ?? The bar performance is going down too vs. what it was in the past and compared to other resorts: need more professional people and dose of gins are 3 times less than in Spain and for a higher price Quality of main dinner is fine but not outstanding It is a pity that the beaches around are not clean to have nice promenades. Difficult to blame the resort

The hotel it’s self has lots of facilities, the restaurants were all really good we ate at Italian, steakhouse and the Greek. We arrived here after escaping the fires in Rhodes, the staff were very accommodating, we will definitely return.
