Fantastic location, everything is central and within easy reach. The Nontas family are friendly and welcoming nothing is too much bother, have visited many times before and will return in the future.

The suite is really nice with your own terrace and jacuzzi, and the room is renovated and luxurious. But the property is a little old and need in update with the wifi, the smart TV had no connection and not good isolation. To stay a couple of night is really nice but I wouldn’t stay longer even the staff it’s helpful and the room in super big. It’s more for the older side that younger couples. But I will still book to enjoy the hot tub.

The Wi-Fi was VERY poor - could not use it at all really as the connection was poor. It is a shame because this was the only downside and would put me off going back. However if you aren’t bothered about Wi-Fi, the hotel is generally excellent and the pool side is lovely.

Very clean property - the cleaners worked very hard each day and were very friendly. The location is excellent, there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to and from Chania old town. You can also walk only ten minutes to the beach and there are lovely restaurants on the sea front only 15 minutes down the road.

The breakfast wasn't the best I've had it was put out on the bar to help yourself but felt confusing and muddled.

The room was beautiful and the staff were amazing so helpful even at 2 in the morning when we arrived late due to a flight delay

The apartment was really for 2 people rather than the 4. The sofa beds were fine but the air con wasn't enough to call the whole place and the kitchen area with sofa beds was really hot at night making sleeping unpleasant.

It would have been nice to have clean towels on demand rather than every other day. The pool area could be nicer.

Our room was beautifully furnished and clean. Although the pool area was ok, I felt there was a mismatch between the standard of the room and standard of the pool area.

I requested for a large bed and there were two individual beds close together.

We loved the breakfast and the bedroom. All the staff are very nice and pleasant to talk to. It also has a pool, but we didnt go. The beach, some restaurants and a supermarket are near by. If you have a car it is a ride of 15 min. to Chania center.

Breakfast portions were really small and there was no food variety-we got the same breakfast for all the 7 days we stayed. Bed sheets were of poor quality. Also, no mosquito nets on windows and there are a lot of mosquitoes.

It was very good overall, but if I were to mention something, we could have used a slightly more assorted kitchen utensils (we are cooking for our child). Some rubber mats could be helpful around the pool as the wet tiles are extremely slippery. A real double bed instead of two halves placed together would be great.

Very good location (close to three beaches, shops, restaurants). Spacious room (deluxe triple) with great big shower. We got lucky having a private and shaded balcony, but there are only two or three of those. Breakfasts were not too varied, but we liked the food. The best part was the friendly and welcoming staff. Our 6-year old said that the lady who was serving breakfast (sorry I didn't get your name!), playing with him was the best part of the trip. The "double" bed was huge. The staff brought us thinner pillows when we asked (the default ones were very high and uncomfortable for us). Our room was well isolated from sounds outside. WiFi was working well enough for browsing and gaming on a tablet.

cleaning routine. They knock on the door 08:30 -09:00 and then you don’t get much sleep. wall is not soundproof so you hear a lot.

Aircondition, close to stores, had swimming pool with nice staff.

The Staff are brilliant at Nontas from the bar staff to the owner and cleaners very friendly and helpful. The location was good with a bus stop good as outside the hotel which will take you to Chania Town in about 15mins for €2 or €1.10 if you get a ticket in chania Town. The beach is very close about 10 mins walk overall a pleasant stay

If I was to moan about anything it would be the bed as it was two single bed dragged together to make a double was uncomfortable . The pool was freezing cold everyday which made it a challenge to get in and lastly towels are not changed daily it's every 3-4 days
