We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I have stayed before in Ikos Olivia but I preferred Oceania for its amazing beach. if you are a pool person go to Olivia as they have bigger pools. Staff are amazing but I particularly want to highlight Marina from kids club (my kids loved her and you can see she loves her job), Alex from guest relations and Artemis.

United KingdomOther than the very rare rowdy guests who couldn't control their use of the all included bar (we were moved to a better room as a result - so not all bad) it was fantastic, good atmosphere all around the resort. It is expensive but overall the quality of experience is worth it.

NetherlandsThe cleaning servive often came at weird times for night service that were pretty disruptive (like 9:45pm) and were a bit rude when asked to leave. It woke up our baby twice. Strange bc they know exactly when we are at dinner.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We traveled with our newborn and they bent over backwards to make sure both he and us were confortable. Gorgeous pool and beach.

Thank you Tekla, Apostolos, Yorgos, Chrysa, Julia, Constantina! Very kind staff on the beach! Fantastic gardens, excellent pools, great accomodation - extremely clean! We felt perfectly safe! I have to mention that there is also a medical service inside the prperty, so important these days! Very good parking! All these made us one of the best holidays in our life!
