Everything, only slight niggle if asked was that the pool closed between 1 and 5 in the afternoon which is probably when you needed it most to cool down.

Tasos met us and was very welcoming and informative of the local area which proved to provide dividends. His daughter Christina who looked after the room has superb English and gave us al the local knowledge information that we needed.

The rooms were ok, cleaned but not excellent. The bathrooms was not cleaned (the doors of the shower were full of stains because of the alcaline water that could be cleaned with the proper chemicals, a lot of rust inside, the cabinet under the washbasin was broken, the door could not be closed because the frame was damaged to much). Kitchen also need to be cleaned before to be used. The pool wasn't very cleaned.

The view was very beautiful, very good position and very easy to reach the property. The host were nice, the rooms were cleaned at each 3 days, they changed the sheets and towels. The rooms were very spacious, and you have everything in order to make you comfortable.

Room was only made up once in ten days, two toilet rolls for 2 people 10 days not enough. No hair dryer, no kettle, drying rack broken from day one. Hot water was not available all the time as the sun did not shine all the time. No tea towel to dry dishes. I had to dispose of most of our rubbish. Pool only open 10-1pm and 5-7pm.

There were time restrictions on when you could go in the pool.

The property was really nice and the location was good. With a excellent restaurant 5 minutes walk away. Also another near the beach about 5 minutes in the car. Cooking facilities were also good.

Views were amazing, hosts really helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and wished it was for longer! Only comment is that taxis are hold to get hold of sometimes... this location would have been better with a car

A few fringe things: no mattress cover on the bed; hairdryer kept cutting out straight away; shower fitting was a bit rubbish - it kept falling off the wall. If you're thinking of 'full on' self catering it's not great: no kettle; no toaster; no microwave; no frying pan, so a bit lacking on the kitchen side really.

Owners were lovely, friendly, helpful people. Location was great - very quiet with a wonderful view. Beautiful beach only 15 minutes away BUT all downhill, so all UPHILL On the way back! You'll be better off with a car as nothing close by really. Nice big balcony, with an umbrella.

Beautiful location with sea view surrounded by olive groves, 5mn by car to Kaminia Beach. Quiet place. Very friendly hosts, always ready to help. Nice terrace and swimming pool with view on Zakynthos island.

I didn’t like they put us in totally different building as was shown on the Booking.com. People are playing with this they pure ice pictures but when we arrived we been told that we are not staying there and she show our different room. Whatever so upset won’t be back here and won’t recommend

As we didn't have a car we walked a couple times to and from Skala; a bit nerve raking as we had to use the same road as the cars. Taxis to & from Skala between 12-15 euros.

Beautiful Setting peaceful and unspoilt; clean with amazing views where you can see Zakynthos too. Tassos our host stole my heart he is just a kind gentleman and epitomises the Spirit of Ratzaklion. Not forgetting the helpful friendly ladies that clean the Ostria House.

When we arrived we couldn't get in because the host was not there. After 30 mins & whats app & Booking.com messenger her father kindly came over to let us in. Booked for the pool but could only use it between 10am - 1pm & 5-7pm. The host was rather upset when we used at 4pm. Sometimes the pool was being cleaned during these restricted times.

Lovely views, close to beautiful beach. Room was adequate and clean.- We were 4 and it was ok although a little small as living space doubled as bedroom.
