To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Russiathe hotel is not new, rooms look more or less appropriate, but some details - like hairdryer, electricity sockets, phones - are subject to change and I think this will make a big difference in rooms perception! We had huge terrace, but it was very empty and dusty - wold be great to have there some more decorations there
We had wonderful Acropolis view room with a terrace and the view is really amazing. Very coopertaive and helpful stuff, easy to check in/out Rooms are clean water and some snacks upon arrival

TurkeyThe hotel was more off touristic center than I expected which is my fault. Whole building, rooms, facilities were bit tired, needs to a facelift. Other than that, it was a delightful stay for us.
The staff was excellent, facilities, the view from the room and comfort level was above average. Close to public transportation, taxi was always available. You wont be disappointed.

PortugalThe Hotel is not a true 5 star. It is a 4 star under renovation. Breakfast is acceptable but not surprising. The service of the staff is also not suitable for a 5 star. I stayed on the 8th floor and at 7:30 am starts the tidying up and dragging of furniture on the 9th floor where the restaurant and bar are.
