The WiFi was not very strong which was not a problem for us since we didn't need it. What I will miss for a longer stay, having three small kids, is a washing mashine.

We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor with our own patio. The apartment was very clean and it was cleaned every day. There is a playground for the kids. Nadia was very kind and helpful. Our apartment was ready earlier so she informed us and we were able to check in earlier .

Very nice and clean. When we arrived there were fruits, wine, water and juices for the kids as a compliment. A supermarket and a bakery are 2-5 minutes walk from the place so you can find everything you need. Nadia (the person with who we communicate before and during our stay) was very helpful and nice as well.

The house I stayed in looked exactly like the picture, very clean. The host was very nice, she waited for us with candies and juice for the children, with wine for the adults... We arrived in Psakudia earlier than we planned and we were able to enter the house earlier than the entry time. We extended our vacation by another 4 days... We felt at home.

As a regular visitor of Greece, mostly choosing apartments in the similar price range to this one, I can say this is the most well equipped, the cleanliest and one of the most spacious places we have ever stayed in. Our apartment (the biggest one, ground level) even had a storage room which was perfect for all the luggage we had (family with three kids). Rooms are very clean and they are being cleaned every day. Towels and bed sheets are changed every three days. There is a covered private parking area and a big garden with playground part (kids enjoyed it, especially the swing and the playhouse). Saying that, parents be aware that besides your kids, also mosquitos love the playground as it is in the shadow of the trees. Make sure you have some mosquito repellent that can apply to kids’ skin. BTW, all windows have mosquito nets, so we didn’t have much troubles with mosquitos inside. What I appreciated a lot is the attention to provide everything you might need, simply nothing is missing. Also, host Nadia welcomed us with fruits on the table and bottle of wine, water and juices for kids in the fridge – a really nice touch. Location is also very good. In the near proximity (1-2 minutes walk) there is a great pastry shop and a big supermarket. The closest beach and the central area of Psakoudia are in 5 minutes walking distance. Pavloudis Apartments – well deserved 10 from us.

Everything was great. Nadia is a great host, location and facilities are great. Also, maintainance and cleaning of the place are exceptional. Parking space at shadow and lots of yard space for kids to play.

Since I'm 192 cm,beds were a bit short for me and WiFi is kinda slow and unstable.

Pavloudis Apartments is very very clean place.Top level hygiene. It's very quiet 24/7 . Super market is just 2 minutes of walk and Psakoudia beach with all restaurants and bars is 5 minutes away if you walk,1 minute by car. Parking is excellent,under roof with lights.....beautiful playground for kids in yard,..grass,pines,peach tree....Owners are 10/10.

Extremely clean, quiet, location is just perfect, very close to the beach, parking lot and always a bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit upon arrival. We have been here 3 times already and will definitely be back again next year. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and nice.
