Great location, on the walking distance to the best beach bars in Hanioti. The room was spotlessly clean. The room is cleaned every day, and the bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Second room small and big roof curve. Refrigerator makes noice , more light in the room, power sockets missing near beds overall only three sockets in apartment. Street parking narrow , my car got scratched ( hit and run) no cameras of the hotel to see who did it.

The hotel has no parking place. When we stay at hotel there was some noisy parties who were ended around 11 pm. Lot's of kids noise. Also the music from pool area is turned on on each day until 11 pm.

Nice placed location. The restaurants are at 2 to 20 minutes from this hotel. The sea water is clean and gorgeous.

Very nice hotel with a clean and big room with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very pollite and the swimming pool was great. There is a big market near the hotel and some very nice restaurants.

We were a bit disappointed to find that there was no coffee maker in our room, although there were pots and pans available. Additionally, while we had a complete kitchen, there was no detergent or dishwashing soap provided to clean our dishes.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and the seaside. The staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. They visited our room daily, providing fresh towels. The pool was well-maintained, just as depicted in the pictures. We were surprised by the affordability of the prices at the hotel bar. The room was spacious, and we loved having a big terrace. Given the exceptional combination of quality and value, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Would have been nice to have a dzezva/cezve/ibrik included in the kitchen for making coffee, luckily we remembered to bring our own. We booked a room for 3 people and were given a room with one king size bed and 2 child beds, which are only good for people up to 1.75m of height, so taller people beware.

Staff speaks perfect English. Rooms are regularly cleaned, with fresh towels provided. AC is included in the price (rare for Greece) and works fine. The included kitchen was good enough for omelettes and coffee in the morning. Mosquito nets are present on the balcony doors. Both the beach and the city center are a short walk away, looked further away on the map. Wifi gets slow in the evening when everyone returns from the beach, but is blazing fast during the day, so i was able to work and have meetings without interruptions.

It's not hotel's fault, but the truth is that is very noisy. The terraces are very close to each other and you can hear and see what the neighbors are doing. Guests use to stay until late at night outside on the balcony and talk loud, listen music or watch videos which is very disturbing if you want to sleep with the door open. Once again, it's not hotel's fault, they cannot control what the guests are doing, but maybe we, the guests, can be more caring and think about others.

The room was at the ground floor and there were some trees in front of the terrace making the room discret and cool. The room is very big and clean. The bed is huge and confortable. The receptionist, Christina, was very nice and pleasant. The location is perfect, very close to the Achinos Beach, Molos Beach and White Beach and not far from the centre.

We had a problem with the shower and shower drain but they fix it the next day. If you want to have silence maybe request a room at a highet floor, we had people above us for the last 3 nights that were really lound and very noisy - hotel stuff addressed our complaints but with no success - we bought earplugs.

The location is very good if you don’t want to stay right in the center where is very noisy. Just a 10 walk to the beach/city center, restarurants and supermarket right next to the hotel. Very big room, hudge and confortable bed, nice terrace - even if furniture is a little old, room was extremly clean and spacious.

Nearby beach is not the best, but this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Other beach options are available at walking distance.

The hotel has a big garden with a pool if you find it worthy. During the day it is quite shady so it is not that hot inside the room, anyway there is AC available. The room is big and the terace is briliant. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also the hotel has some dining options. Parking might be a problem but in the end there is parking space for everybody.

Hotel is exceptionally clean. Rooms are big and modern, terrace is huge. Personel is very kind and helpfull. Location is good, near supermarkets and restaurants, but still in very quiet neighbourhood.
