Small but cozy studio where we didn't feel the need for more. Also Agia Effimia is a nice place to set your base if you want to explore the island. Didn't meet the host but the communication was great. Would recommend.

The a/c drains onto the balcony tiles, which make it slippery.. the neighbour's were really noisy, but that's out of anyone's control.

The location was super convenient. The apartment was roomy with everything you need. The bathroom was a good size too..it was a nice view from the balcony. Communication with the host was excellent..

Perfect for the harbour. Hardy for shopping for food and bars. Harbour master was brilliant when the flotilla were in. The apartment was really comfortable and the cleaner came every day to empty bins etc. And we had sea glimpse. Parking was fine never had a problem with the on street parking. We will be back.

Nice clean room, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need in a short stay. Two nice balconies. Location nice and central. You can park the car in the streets with no problem. Daily clean service. We had a little issue with a smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom, but the owner has been very kind and tried to fix the problem immediately. Comunication was always fast.

Beautifull spacious apartment. You have everything you need in it. Nice terrace with view on the marina and yachts. Host was amazing and really kind and helpfull. Upon our leaving she gave us small present. Relly kind gesture. Love it.

The owner was very friendly. We did not expect a accomondation like this for the price we paid. It was very cheap and we had two balconies. One with sea view. The other with a view on the small city. It was very clean and so cute furnished. The city is also so cute. We loved our stay there. Would recommend this appartement to 1000%.

The first day we arrived, the room was a bit dirty (hair on the floor and in the bathroom). But our stay was amazing and we don't have much negatives comment to say, we will go back here next time we come to Kefalonia.

The best asset of this studio is the location: Agia Efimia is between Sami, Melissani Cave and AntiSamos beach on one side, and Myrtos, Fiskardo and Assos on another. The balcony is also lovely: in a quiet yard, we can see the small port and the sea. There are a lot of small shops, beaches and restaurants close to the apartment. The kitchen has pretty everything we needed.

There were a few small things missing that would make it easier, particularly in the kitchen - tea towels being a big one! I had to dry cups/dishes with my bath towel. It is a little dated and some practical things could do with looking at as well, for example the seal on the shower door which leaked, etc. However it is a good location with kind staff and cheap rates - these things are all small and fixable!

The staff who run Pelagia’s were really accommodating and sweet, letting me into the apartment early which was a huge help after an early ferry to Kefalonia. The studio apartment was small but had two balconies, if you’re a two and need a bit of your own space! The location is brilliant, very central in Agia and a few seconds walk from the bakeries, supermarkets and cafes. It was surprisingly quiet at night too.

It’s central, spotlessly clean and has a lovely little outlook. There’s a great buzz around the little port/village and whilst you’re in the centre of it all it’s very quiet. Everything you need is in the little kitchen and there’s many cafes, tavernas and a couple of supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommend.
