They didn't let us experience a single moment of dissatisfaction or discomfort. You can find much more luxurious hotels, but I am confident that you won't enjoy your stay as much as you would here.

The hotel is within a 10-15 minute walk to the harbor. The entrance to the hotel is quite pleasant, and the presence of books is a significant plus. From the moment we made the reservation, the staff was in constant communication with us regarding our potential needs. Dimitra welcomed us early in the morning when we arrived and handed us our room. The room was spacious, airy, and clean. Having a mosquito net on the balcony was a great advantage. We rented a car through their family business, Evdokia, and received detailed and practical information about getting to the harbor, traffic, and more. (Thanks again, Fani :) ) The restaurant below the hotel looked very inviting. Fani and Marios extended an invitation to their table, and we thoroughly enjoyed their wonderful company. I would like to express my gratitude once again.

Some new pipework was being put into the road and so the walk from the beach was a bit dusty plus a bit dark at night. Not the pensions fault and it'll hopefully be finished very soon. We never felt unsafe walking back at night.

Lovely pension and room with lovely views to the sea and the mountains. Lovely and clean spacious room. The owner and staff were all friendly. Nice views from the balcony and in a quiet road just behind the sea front. 5mins to sea and tavernas. Easy access to the village walk and alternative beaches.

Is there anything not to like?

Everything as it was our second visit and we wanted it again Location outside of the port in a quiet almost semi rural feeling with the beach a 5 minute walk away. Exceptional Greek hospitality from Marios ,family and staff. The Taverna attached is a Zorba experience of wonderful Greek music supplied by Marios and friends on their music nights.The food for breakfast ,lunch or dinner only adds to it's unique attraction .

Good location, friendly hospitable staff. The owners even suggested us to switch the rooms if we didn't like the view, they also offered us free laundry. Rooms were clean and simple, nothing extra.

The property is very quiet but very close to the beach. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and arranged a car for me for when I arrived. They collected and took me back to the port when I was leaving. Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens.

Not a thing I would change!!

Our 11 day stay at the Pension Askas was an absolute joy. The building itself is beautiful, the location perfect, a short walk to the beach and a gorgeous view of the entire bay or the mountains out back. The room was spacious and kept impeccably clean, the ensuite bathroom modern and comfortable to use. Marios, his family and the whole team who ran the hotel smoothly were all lovely, friendly, ready to help out at any time, made us feel instantly welcome and at home. We spent several evenings in the Askas Taverna which was cozy and yummy. This was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy this beautiful spot on earth. Thank you so much, we'll definitly be back!!

The bed was very uncomfortable.

Everyone there was very friendly, available and helpful. It is very well located, close to the best beach in Amorgos. They offered discount for car rental (a must in Amorgos). The restaurant from the hotel has very delicious food.
