The breakfast was epic, there’s more than enough choice of different items and the owners/staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble, in fact they went above and beyond with their hosting, the hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spotless and it’s great value for money, beautiful hotel and literally can’t wait to come back!

We just have a problem with our bathroom, it was getting flooded when we took a shower, the drain wasn’t working properly (room 10), I would say it could be an isolated case.

It was a really nice place and quiet, Anastácia is an amazing host, is around 20 min on foot from the city center Fira.

Unfortunately we visited in October and the island had very large amount of humidity which was very discomforting.

Room was very good and clean with great location and parking.The pool was beautiful with great scenery.

The location is perfect. It was easy access to the airport by bus. A 12 minutes walk to Fira, where you can take a bus to Oia.

A bit noisy fridge in the room but easily fixed by unplugging it. :)

Great value for money, clean room, lovely pool area, all facilities needed, 30 min walk to Thera, bus station at 10 min walk. Anastasia at reception is the warmest girls, we told her we came for our aniversary and she organised a lovely surprise. Really impressed by her touch. All staff friendly, smiling and there to help. Big thank you!

The room size compare to the bed size is not very comfortable for me. The shower in the bathroom probably need to be looked at.

The downside is you can hear the other occupants next door and tge wall is not sound proof and the toilet is a bit old need some renovation.

The pool and the room its spacious for the 4 of us. It is comfortable enough and the staffs are very helpful.

We spent 7 nights with my friend at Villa Livadros. The place is incredibly beautiful, with a wonderful location. It is easily accessible by public transportation, and the bus stop to reach any part of the island is within walking distance. The garden itself is a Paradise, adorned with stones and abundant greenery, and features a magnificent and spacious swimming pool. There are comfortable sunbeds, shaded areas, tables, and even a children's pool around the pool area. I would like to highlight the exceptionally helpful and extremely friendly staff. They are wonderful people, creating a family-like atmosphere. They promptly responded to all our requests and questions, providing assistance whenever needed. We grew very fond of them, and we will definitely return. During our stay, we changed rooms on the second night, so we had the opportunity to see multiple rooms. They were all very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was served in a beautiful setting and was plentiful and diverse. I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing accommodation to anyone.
