You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FinlandInternet - it doesn't work. I tried to connect for a couple of days but all to no avail! Nothing helped! Old furniture in the hotel room. Very old and scary cutlery that you don't want to use! Bad air conditioner! There was someone's hair on the towels given to us. A small shower room in which a big man will be very uncomfortable!
Swimming pool! Hotel owner and staff! Have your own restaurant! There is a museum (free admission) with the rarest beautiful stones and archaeological finds! Good location! near a shop with cheap prices, also near the sea and a bus stop in the direction of the city of Rhodes or the Airport! Spacious refrigerator! Nice balcony! Gracias!

United KingdomNot all the guests like cats, of which is a quite a big number in the area. The main street is the source of the noise, but only at the pool area. It is not too bad.
Very good location, nice swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas around, close to the beach, supermarket (just opposite), 30m from the bus stop - Rhodes/Airport, 50m from the Parking. Very clean, well equipped rooms, with kitchen bay, air-condition, TV, WiFi. Rooms have balcony with the chairs, table and dryer. Delicious Greek Cuisine and drinks. Very friendly staff.

SpainWhatever issues we had, was easy to just talk to the owners and we were helped.
Location was great, for being close to the beach, having bus stops for getting to Rhodos town, and other places. And the food is probably some of the best i had during our whole trip. It's good that the owner is a established Chef. Don't miss the museum! If you're interested in geology, paleontology or even if you just like pretty rocks, it's a MUST!
