The pool was cold but they accommodated and we tried their thermal spa pool and it was amazing!

The hotel was amazing and so beautiful. It was a short 15 minute ride from town and accessible by bus or taxi. The staff even recommended sights and activities. They accommodated our early check in and early check out.

Location was amazing. The beach was just incredible. The breakfast was amazing and so many options. The staff were super helpful from the moment we landed at the airport. Professional, friendly pick up. Concierge was available to help 24/7. Couldnt recommend it more. Cant wiat to return!

Amazing property!!! Everything is on top level. Rooms, food, views, service. Everything is super clean and stylish. Even parking has an amazing view. Service is super nice, hands on.

The only thing i would suggest is to work on there WIFI. It was a bit slow - it kept bumping us off everytime we had to log on again. A bit annoying.

We didnt just like everything we LOVED everything ! We stay at Petasos every time we visit Mykonos - the rooms are spacious, clean and with beautiful views ! The breakfast is the best ! Everything is offered and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. You can go to the beach, or the pool or walk around the little village now outside the hotel. Every time we visit , we dont want to leave !Thanks Petasos for the best stay ever ! :)

The first couple of days the room cleaning was perfect, they even changed our towels twice a day. To show our appreciation, we left a tip and a thank you note to the cleaning staff. From that point on, housekeeping was very disappointing, looks like they didn't bother with our room - rubbish was left outside, used utensils not replaced, bathroom amenities not restocked, wet towels left in the room....when we asked for toilet paper (which was also not restocked), they didn't bring it, and we had to go to the reception after half an hour to ask again.

The location is excellent, right between Psarou beach and and Platis Gialos beach, with restaurants in the area. A bus takes you from the entrance of the hotel to Mykonos town, about 10-15 min. ride, and works from morning until late night. Everything was sparkly clean and beautiful - the pool, the breakfast restaurant; the entire resort was spacious, beautiful and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, a big variety of tasty foods and dishes. The staff was lovely, and tended to our every need with a smile. When we arrived we were given a details explanation about all the beaches and experiences the island has to offer. Note that the fridge, although stocked only with water, is actually a mini bar and the water is not complementary.
