We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

During one of the evenings there was a fireworks around midnight which was crazy. We had breakfast and dinner included. Water in dinner's menu wasn't included which is not very greeky ;)
Very nice facilities and garden. Restaurant is spacious.

Everything was nice.
It is a very nice hotel with convinient location. The food was various and delicious. The rooms were cleaned up regularly, the beds were comfortable.

We booked 3 rooms with children and our rooms were far apart. But I guess they were fully booked so that can't be helped.
We had to stay for a night at this hotel because of flight issues and the hotel that we are.originally staying at was fully booked and couldn't accommodate us. We really just stopped over for the night but the rooms were clean and comfortable, the place looks good and it's I think its good value for money.

Swimming pool bar is expensive
The breakfast and dinner were good. Kindly staff in restaurant. There is no free water during breakfast and dinner, so one water mashine in restaurant is good idea.

Great hotel, lovely stay. We feel relaxed after our vacation. Staff are very friendly, hotel has wonderful amenities, everything is clean, food is fantastic, many parking options. If i have to grade it is 10 out of 10.

The noisy romanians that arrived like a horde. Had to ask them to keep it down at 2am in the morning. They kind of ruined our last two days at the resort.

There is no single bench in the whole hotel complex - not even near the playground for the kids. The parents have to stand and wait while the kids are playing. In those nice green areas you can't sit anywhere and enjoy the complex. Please buy some benches asap. The pathway to the beach is very steep and consists of hundreds of steps
Excellent food, also the swimming pool was great. Every evening there is a special event organized - quiz, Greek music, dancing for the kids. Wonderful green spaces. Staff was very friendly.

Front desk personnel unprofesionalism. Extremely high prices of drinks, especially water. The internet connection. Lack of parking places inside the hotel yard.
The facility itself-garden, builldings, surroundings, especially the pools. A lot of trees including the evergreen combined with olives. Exceptional food. Nice personnel in the restaurant and housekeeping.

The boy from reception take us first ,, for free.. a room with pool view but too hot with sun all the day. After one day we fixed this and we taked our room with park view with more shadow

extremely expensive cafe-bar, 2,50 the bottle of water and 3,50 a single espresso.

this might be a Greece specifics (however didn’t see it in other hotels) - but were surprised that water is not included in bkfst or dinner packsge - might be fine for alcohol, but for water was a bit strange:) pool had too intense chlorode smell/feeling- again depends on the expectations

The live music was nice but it was too loud and very late in the night when it could be an issue when you are there with little kids. The towels were changed regularly but every time there were less towels than the people we were.
Everything was fantastic, the food was excellent, the staff as well. The location of the hotel is nice and you could go around on Sithonia.
