You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not near to metro, but there’s a lot of buses to metro.
Very friendly stuff, great people on reception, so clean everything, like really clean, free breakfast, which is also decent, I liked everything about this hotel. Also my room had a balcony, and tv had a music channel.

The location is 30 minutes from acropolis with the bus.
The room has balcony that have a very beautiful view to the sea. Not so far away from piraeus hafen. There are so many restaurants nearby and bus stop that take you to the acropolis. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room are so clean.

The staff were amazing. We didn’t check in until 1am and the concierge was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was basic but clean. On checking out the morning concierge was super helpful with arranging transport and recommending places to see. Five star service

Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit too small and the bed mattress was firm. There's room for improvement, but that depends on the management.
The overall stay was decent, the room was clean when we got there. Whenever we needed room cleaning we could ask at the reception and we had it by the time we were back. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all the information that we needed and recommended us a perfect restaurant, too.

It was farther from the port than I thought when I booked it.

it's a bit far from the city center. 36 min by bus.

The rooms are basic. On one room (i stayed at) the aircondition was noisy so I could not use it. The showers need to be more clean.
The location is good and the stuff is helpful, friendly and professional . I asked for another room and when it was available they moved me there . The new one, was very satisfying.

The hotel was very comfortable and suited the purpose. We had ferry delays and had to stay in Pireaus over night. It was a last minute booking and the hotel was very accommodating. Dora on the front desk was especially helpful giving us directions to use the tram.

We stayed in an Economy Double/Twin Room and there were no photos of the bathroom on the listing. The bathroom was quite old, a little moldy/rusty, the shower didn’t have a rim or curtain so the whole bathroom flooded every time you shower which is not ideal.
Desirable location close to the Piraeus port and an easy bus/metro to the main sights in the city centre. Also direct bus to/from the airport. The room itself was clean, spacious and did the job for 2 nights. Staff were friendly and able to accommodate us for an extra night last minute due to a ferry strike. Lovely restaurant nearby (K Grill) which we recommend, there’s a little supermarket within 5 mins walk.
