Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Turkeyair conditioner was not working good. You should wait 15 minutes at least to make the room cold, and while waiting you cannot open the door and windows. It was not nice. Standart room beds were twin(too many space between beds) and not comfortable

SpainThe bar staff were excellent, but the bar at the pool is pretty soulless. It’s not particularly cheap and you feel it could be improved if it had a little more character
Perfect location, taking into account that in Samos you need to travel around by car or taxi. It’s equidistant the best beach we found, Psili Amos and the town we went to eat in the evening, Pythagoreio. All the staff are great. Very clean rooms. Beautiful beach next to hotel

TurkeyHotel has several blocks, it may be hard to walk to your room if you are not in main building. Breakfast can be better. Croissants are not home made or from bakery, they are market croissants. Price can be cheaper actually.
Cleanliness- Quite pool- helpful reception.

LuxembourgThe bathrooms were smelling damp in both rooms, the showers did not have a closed cabin so the water was everywhere when you have a shower, so they were always wet and smelly. There were a few sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, not enough for everyone.
The hotel has a great sea view. It’s a fee mins away from city center. We had the rooms with sea view and it was great. You have the nice breeze to sleep comfy during the hottest days.

GreeceCost cutting is apparent everywhere and not in line with the overall potential of the hotel (or its prices, which are affordable but definitely not cheap) Breakfast was acceptable but no more. Limited choice and acceptable quality, all products from a low cost supermarket. The hotel was badly understaffed and the people were trying their best but they were just too few. WiFi is terrible, practicaly non-existent. Disconnects were so frequent that it was unusable. It's clear the system was designed for much fewer concurrent connections and it was trying to cope with a situation well over its capacity. There were other minor flaws, like the poorly designed bath shield - water went everywhere, soaking everything in the bathroom. Still, the excellent location, nice room and expensive but acceptable price compensate for a lot.
The hotel is located near a very beautiful sea cove, well protected so ideal for swimming. The view from the balcony is excellent and you can enjoy sunrise or sunset from the comfort of you balcony (which also has a jacuzzi type bath -I didn't use it). Personel is polite and always trying to help. The room is big enough and clean.

Turkeyservice in general is not good cleaning ladies are nice people but they are not very good in their job. there was hair on the floor when we came, there was no soap we had to ask for it, did not clean the glasses the hotel doesnt provide water except the first day (i think for this price they should) they turn off the coffee machine at the breakfast strictly at 10.00. coffee should be available at any time in a hotel like this internet connection is very bad in the rooms, average in the lobby area there is lack of personnel for breakfast, it takes time for them to refill. and when something is finished (eggs, sausage, etc) they sometimes dont bring anymore because “they dont have it”. this is unacceptable for this price. So in general the hotel is nice but the service needs to be improved asap.
good location comfortable beds and pillows quiet rooms nice sea view of the rooms car parking area no problem with water

AustraliaThe room did not have shower with shower base. We had our shower in the bathtub. We had to climb the bathtub to get inside. This is dangerous especially for old people. The hotel did not have laundry facility. And did not offer alternative. They did not even provide ironing facility.

New ZealandThe 'buffet breakfast' is very basic, again like a bed n breakfast not served like a hotel. The rooms have very poor noise transfer so bring ear plugs. The air conditioning has a sign on the remote control asking to keep it at 24 degrees and is very loud.
Very expensive for what it is. It's more a glamorous bed and breakfast than a hotel in my opinion. Paid 135 euro for a night, meanwhile you can go down the road to the amazing Proteas Blu Resort for 180 euro per night. I think if paying under 100 euro then it's probably about right.
