Really good place, family like. Small but pretty quiet pool, and comfortable apartments. The host and her family are really friendly and ready to help. The apartments are in perfect location with private parking, you have markets and all restaurants in walking distance and it's still quiet even though it's a busy area. 10/10 Highly recommend

Just a few minutes walking from the beach. The apartment has a private parking which is extremely convenient. The host and her mother (who is there to welcome you and help with the check in) are very kind and helpful. If you want to relax at Agia Marina that's a perfect place.

Roula and her parents are wonderfull people, very warm and kind, they made us feel like we were at home. In some days they kindly surprised us with nice complementaries. We stayed in a new renovated apartment, very nice and super clean. Roula cleaned the apartment every day. Very nice white towels and nice smelling soap. The kitchen well equiped with everyting you need. The bed was confortable and big for two. Good location close to beach, lot of restaurants and close to the bus station. Supermarket very close to the location. In the last day we had the flight late in the evening and they were so kind and let us stay longer. Thank you for everything! We spent wonderfull days in your apartment and we would happily return anytime!

Roula and her family are exceptional. Raisakis Apartments is a family-managed complex, and it is really easy to feel welcome. We chose a double apartment (we were 2, but the flat could probably fit 4 people), and it was spacious, well-equipped, and extremely clean. Everything you might need for a holiday or for remote working is already there. (maybe only a microwave would come in handy?) After all, highly recommended! 10/10

Bed was comfortable with mattress topper. Good wrap around balcony with plenty of room. Hosts were wonderful kind people. Private parking for your car just next door. Very clean apartment and surrounds. Shower and bathroom compact size but good hot water. Good location near the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every day while we were there. The hosts are gentle, kind people and take pride and preasure in their business. It was a lovely stay! The flats are very close to the bus station and the beach, so mobility is also quite easy. Recommended!

Very polite family, warm welcome and always helpful whenever we had requests. They even cleaned our room every day and washed our dishes. The room is big and and has big balcony. The kitchen is well equipped as well. We really enjoyed.

One of the best experiences we had. The host did the best to allow us earlier into the room. The room was super clean and was cleaned every day. The hosts live in the premises so anything needed they were always there to help. They do the best to please you and this is why we will book again same place if we visit Chania. The room was cleaned in such detail that we were feeling like home. Free Parking in the premises available. Ag Marina is good base to explore the west part of the island.

This was the best apartment we have ever booked. Raisakis is in the vivid area of Agia Marina but one street away from the main road so quiet in the evenings. The beach is a few minutes-walk, there is a bus stop in the corner of the street, many shops and restaurants, bars etc are nearby. The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean with well-equipped kitchen, dinner table, big terrace, good-sized bathroom and very comfortable bed. This is a family run accommodation and the owners are very nice, lovely people who are always available and helping if needed. They respond promptly to requests and questions. There is cleaning every day and all the bed-linen and towels were changed once during our one-week-stay. We didn’t use the pool area but that was also very clean and tidy. If we come back to this area of Crete we will definitely return to Raisakis.

Well located for beach, shops, bars & restaurants in Agia Marina, short walk to Platanias, half hour on bus to Chania, the family that own and run the apartments were really lovely, generous & helpful. Exceptionally clean room, nice and relaxing sitting out by the pool or on your balcony and gorgeous gardens. Great for a last minute holiday. Would stay here again, and again and again. . . !!

Not a bad thing in particular, and actually not much could be done about this, but the shower cabin is a bit smaller than we are used to and it was slightly difficult to close the door and shower with ease (was kind of tight).

The apartment location was great - close enough to the village centre and quite during the nights. The room was comfortable, big enough and had all needed accommodations. The balcony was sunny and had a space for drying the towels. The air conditioner was working properly. The beds were super comfy - no more words needed here! There is a bus station near the property, which made our trips easy.

Nothing - the property and hosts are superb!

It would easier to list what we didn't like! What a wonderfully clean and practical apartment positioned in very well kept grounds full of plants and wildlife. The swimming pool on site is brand new and very versatile with low-key pool furniture - it is also extremely clean. Maria, Roula and Gianni are always on site to help to ensure your holiday is hassle free and easy. What a lovely family and set of hosts!

It is hard to get use to that during the summer heat, you have to waste a lot of water if you fancy the cooler one, as the pipes will heat up during daytime and it'll provide mostly warm water for you to shower.

I should start with the hosts, they were absolutely amazing, helpful and kind. The pool is shared only with the apartment guests (they only have 3-5 rooms), but it was not used mostly even by us as the sea is located a few hundred meters away. The seaside is nice with tiny pebbles but you have to consume something in the surrounding bars to have a free sunbed with umbrella (which are both inevitable).

There is nothing much to dislike in this apartment. The owners were super polite, always ready to help with any question. They work hard to maintain whole object and they doing it great.

Location is great, very quiet. Room is bigger and equipped more than we expected. Also, balcony is very big, so you don't have to worry about it. There is a pool in backyard, but we didn't ever used pools in Greece. Agia Marina is one of the best starting point if you want to check all of the important stuff in Western Crete.
