Only as others have said, don’t use gps devices to get to the property otherwise you’ll end up on a steep downhill dirt track. Use the road signposted for Agios Romanos which is past the wind turbine and the last option as you go up the hill round the corner.

Fabulous location with amazing view to wake up to every morning and watch sunsets go into the sea. Lovely clean apartment, comfy bed and ‘wet room’ style bathroom.

It was a bit too windy for us (Tinos as such), although we are used to it and i.e. the terrasse is very well protected. The streets and the way there is difficult escpecially with a big car

Everything was superb! The room was fantastic, clean and fully-equipped. The room's balcony has an outstanding view to the Aegean. The rooms are at an ideal location with a breathtaking view, where you can find tranquility and a relaxing and sandy beach in 1-2 minutes (by car). Above all, the hostess, Tomazina, was extremely kind and friendly, willing to answer/ help with all of our requests. Totally recommend it!

Everything was great!

Lovely host, lovely balcony with great views and sunset. Comfy beds and just a great vibe overall. The host also had some goodies inside the room as well as coffee which makes a big difference. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting, really happy with the hospitality!! There is a sandy beach quite close and easy to get to from the rooms. Thank you Tomazina!!!😁

Sail Inn is in the most beautiful setting and we enjoyed every minute of our holiday there. Our apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked fine from the pressure of the shower to the hob to the comfortable bed and the kitchen was well kitted out. Romanos beach is beautiful and the bay is a wonderful place to swim. There are two beach bars and lounges if you want to spend the day there. You do need a car to get in and out of Sail Inn. The roads on Tinos are winding and hilly so it took me a few days to get used to driving in those conditions but easy once you get the hang of it - plus the roads aren't very busy and no one is in a hurry. Romanos is a great location from which to explore the whole island and the peace and tranquility we experienced at Sail Inn is so special. Tomazina is the host and she is fantastic to deal with. In the build up to our holiday she responded to texts in a timely manner and answered all our questions. Honestly, nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very at home from day one. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again!

it is a little off the beaten track and the road to get there can be a little hard to navigate it you are not used to driving those conditions but we’ll worth it just for the view!

The access is a bit difficult but the view compensates for it. Follow the directions given by the Sail Inn signs on the road and not the google maps route because it leads to a steep road not ideal for all cars.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and it had an amazing view. The area is quiet so, it’s ideal if you want to relax. The staff was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again in Sail Inn.

No issues at all. Just one advice for new hosts: when coming from Tinos town along the coast road, the first indication to Sail Inn leads to a steep and graveled "Greek style road". Better to continue and turn left to Agios Romanos bay...then you drive through the whole bay by a paved road and you easily reach Sail Inn. Travel is 5 min. longer, but by far more comfortable.

Panoramic view on the sea . Excellent position over Agios Romanos bay, where a nice shaded beach is available. The studio was extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a spacious terrace. We also felt totally independent from hosts in other studios. A spacious parking is available, and space around the building is well kept and green. Our guest, Tomazina, was extremely kind and fully answered to a couple of requests from our side.

Everything was perfect

Perfect location, view feom a cart postal and nearby beaches to relax. Honestly, the cleanest hotel I've ever been with attention on details. Quality in every aspect even small details like the towels (nef nef), small useful stuff like sponges, shampoos, espresso etc. Comfy beds, even the Garden and each plant was exceptional tidy and cared. Perfect 10 for me.
