While my stay at this accommodation had many positive aspects, one notable drawback was the absence of direct beach access. Although the property offers a view of the sea, there is no beach within walking distance. To enjoy the beach, one would need to drive to the nearest shoreline. This inconvenience may be a consideration for those seeking immediate beachfront access. However, if proximity to the beach is not a priority, the other amenities and features of the accommodation may well compensate for this limitation.

Very cosy calm and green garden, Most beautifull in the whole erea! All tho ther is no beach its very Easy to get into The sea from the little bridge/deck thats Available. The general standard is very clean and in Good shape. We were provided with everything we needed Like towels, hair drier, iron, and all kitchen Equipment to make food and cofee. The meneger was very helpful with booking Attrections and tips about good restorunts Aswell as cheap cab to the airport.

A lovely, well maintained and organised residence and garden just in front of the sea. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, the sea with a magical blue water and the continental Greece with hills and mountains in the background. The access to the sea was directly from the property, easy for people wanting swim or to spend time in the warm sea water; umbrellas and beach chairs were available at no additional costs. The studio was well structured, clean and pleasant, quiet and relaxing, on first floor. Good car parking available. But the most enjoyable aspect of the stay was the owner - Tasos - and his attention for detail, his care for all guests, his kindness and friendliness. I really appreciated his guidance on best places to visit on the island and also his recommendations for local restaurants (try Roussos's for a nice eating experience).

The very friendly host family has created a wonderful natural garden with lots of beautiful details and amazing oppurturnities to swim, have a BBQ and just to relax and breathe for a while. The rooms were very clean (everything was very clean!) and well equipped. You really have your space and privacy! But you also have the option to walk to Kavos Party Mile within‘ 10minutes if you desire for more action. The location is still very quiet and calming :) All in All it was a perfect stay for us and we will definitely come back!

- it can be a bit noisy if your neighbors throw the balcony door all the time without any consideration for others , but we were just unlucky with the neighbors during our stay - the next real supermarket (Lidl or Diellas) is too far away to walk. A rental car is highly recommended

Everything was perfect during the stay: calm and very clean place, private beach and sunbeds, very nice beach for swimming, nice garden. In the room was evething what could need during the longer stay. The host Tasos was very helpful and helps us with a car rent and gave very good advices about places to visit in island.

We liked very much our staying at Sand and Sea. The host was welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the house, having two rooms with a beautiful sea view. The kitchen had everything to cook basic meals (even cooked a chicken soup) and we also used the BBQ from the backyard. Having the seashore right in the back of the garden was extraordinary, with clean and shallow water. We didn't expect the cleaning service to be so often for which we were grateful.

Our host, Thasos was very friendly and helpfull and satisfied all our requests. The resort has a great garden with palms and relaxation areas. I was amazed by the breathtaking sunrise from our sea view room balcony. The beds are very confortable and was impressed by how clean was everything.

Roomy apartment with everything you might need. The best thing about Sand and Sea is however outside - wonderful garden with direct access to sea and plenty of space for every guest. You can choose either beach bed, hammock or even a little swing to rest in. Trees and umbrellas provide shade for those of us who get sunburns quickly :) The beach itself is rocky and covered in seaweed, but a little jetty provides access to clear sea with sandy bottom. It's shallow too, so suitable for kids. The host was very nice and helpful and provided lot of tips for restaurants and trips in the area.

The owner was super nice and helpful. He recommended us a bunch of nice places all around Corfu. Even wrote it all down. The place was quite modern, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equiped with all things you need. If you rent a vehicle to travel around by, everything is quite close. The garden is also super nice if you want to eat you dinner in a quiet and beautiful atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend

The perfect location: you have your own access to the beach, it‘s quiet and if you want to go out to eat or drink something, you can go to Kavos within 20 minutes by foot. It’s also possible to cook in your own kitchen. You can relax in the beautiful and spacious outside area the whole day :) The rooms are clean and the staff is so nice and super helpful if you have any questions or need reccomendations for your trip on the island.

Sand and Sea is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. And I have travelled a lot all over the world. What stands out most is the huge and quiet and well taken care of garden just by the sea. Where you can do nothing but relax. The rooms are lovely furnished down to the smallest detail. They are clean and the beds are so comfortable. Tasos (the owner) and his family are just lovely and helpful in every way. Their main goal is to make your stay as comfortable as one can. Even other owners with their own hotel businesses nearby say that Sand and Sea is the loveliest place to stay on Corfu. The location is perfect. There is a supermarket and a great restaurant called Seaside just a few minutes away. Thank you Tasos for our beautiful stay with you. We will definitely come back!
