The apartment was really nice. It was clean, and modern, with amenities for a pleasant stay. The veranda is particularly great, a real asset, and from there you have lovely views of the city at night and the sea. Just a short walk down the hill there is a lovely beach which is also great for children, and there are plenty of other beaches within a short driving distance. The host provided a map with many restaurant/cafe/beach/shop suggestions, which came in very handy. We would definitely book here again!

Nothing that worth mentioned can be related to the apartment, only to the beach and neighborhood. Kalamitsa beach, which is the closest beach to the property, is not that nice, it looks abandoned and not well organized. But there are beaches at 5, 15 minutes drive on the way to Iraklitsa, that are really great. if you have a car, this place is a great spot, because it gives you the possibility to visit Kavala and also to go to the beaches outside the city.

Excellent apartment, very clean and having all amenities for a short family vacation, and with an incredible view from the terrace. The owner was more than friendly and responsive, very attentive to all details inside the apartment, he also provided a very extensive list of recommended beaches, bars and restaurants, which was easy to follow and even a nice farewell gift. The Flat was definitely fantastic, clean, quiet, all purpose tidy, you have everything near just few minutes walk to lidl, market , restaurants,tavern, beach ,etc! I don’t have anything to complain about it, was exactly as on advertising! The balcony view it is amazing especially on night ! The landlord MR Makis is looking up to his costumers, looking up to our needs, it is the best landlord of my travel life experience! We all thank you for everything ! Friendly owner, very helpfull and able to give valuable information about the area and main attractions. The homemade bougatsa he brought was absolutely delicious and the local wine aswell. Nicely positioned location with easy access to main important routes and great view of the seaside. About the apartment itself, only good words. Clean, cool and with good utilities.

We had a great stay. We were warmly welcomed by the kind host. He showed us beaches, restaurants with great food. He was available all the time for everything we needed. The apartment is extremely clean, with new furniture and everything you need. You can see in the pictures. I strongly recommend.

I really liked everything.

Everything! Perfectly organized apartment with a lot of space, good internet connection, spacious bathroom and kitchen, amazing veranda and your own parking spot. Every detail is well-planned, so you can just relax and enjoy your stay. Lot of wall outlets so you can plug in your phone or laptop almost everywhere. I felt really safe in this apartment because cleanness was on the highest level! The host is really the best, he prepared digital guideline and also was available any moment to tell us where to go to eat, to drink, or to go swimming later in the afternoon since we were working from the apartment during the day.
