We were there in April and it was pretty chilly, it would have been nice to have a warm pool/sauna available (there's a sauna available for extra cost)

The resort is gorgeous! If you're into yoga and sports this is the perfect resort for you

The food is a bit hit and miss, but to be expected from all inclusive The a la carte restaruants were ok

We got given an upgrade to a room with the swim up pool shared by 4 other rooms, Clean modern rooms, spa had great facilities and it was a good massage and great access to the other pools and bars

We were under the impression that our room would have a bath according to the booking.com amenities listing. It also showed images of a bigger bathroom with a double vanity. It didn’t have a bath or a double vanity and we found the room and bathroom to be quite small. They couldn’t help us with a room with a bath. But they were very accommodating when we complained about cigarette smoke from our neighbor coming into our room and we had a new room for the last night. Although the massage we had at the spa was lovely we found the spa to have a very damp smell which was a distraction.

Within the room, there isn’t too much privacy for the bathroom so that could be a little uncomfortable for some and I was a little disappointed that spa facilities were not included if you booked a treatment.

The hotel is beautiful and everywhere smells amazing. The views are amazing and our room (which was upgraded to Sea View with sharing pool) had an incredible view and lovely pool with sunbeds. The all inclusive food was plentiful and had so much variety including desserts. Everything was replenished frequently and the staff were attentive and helpful. We were also able to have dinner in each of the a la carte restaurants and enjoyed every meal. Favourite was Umi. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful.

Yannis the hotel manager and Kiki at the reception, took care of us from the moment we arrived and gave us simple excellent service, thinking down to the smallest details. Non-stop food, excellent service, excellent hotel.

The only caveat that I could bring now is that more entertainment options would be great during the evenings. Like bingo, games, trivia and quizz games. There were some musical presentations that were enjoyable, but considering the options to do in the evenings, we would highly appreciate more.

We had an amazing experience at the Seaside resort. Great food, drinks, entertainment, the views are stunning and we had a blast in the swimming pool areas. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a room with private pool. Overall, the staff was super friendly and polite, what makes a great difference in such experiences. Dimitris (the staff who serves drinks by the pool) could be a little more friendly, we think. Still, we would highly recommend this place

Some kind of vibe seems to be missing... Common public spaces lack coziness, modernity, and attention to detail. Very poor staff clothing (why not blue? white? why cheap camouflage?). Lack of cleanliness and aesthetics in the main restaurant. The food is a bit boring It feels like the hotel is tired and waiting for changes.

The guy on the omlette station was a little unwelcoming this morning. I ordered 2 omletts this morning. one for myself and the other for my wife. However, he kept on saying just one now. I had to explain several times. He looked at me with contempt and was very displeased.

Fantastic experience and welcoming interaction from the guy and young lady who checked us in. First class service, great attention to details and awesome customer service skills. He should be recognized for his superb discernment and commitment by never judging his customers. The property was beautiful and as viewed online. We had live entertainment at night was was a plus. The view from our suite was breathtaking. Definitely recommend

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay at Seaside A Lifestyle Resort! It was our first stop on our trip to the cyclades, and I must say I was really happy to start off our vacation in Greece in such a relaxing, lovely resort! The food & drinks were all delicious, the staff extremely polite and helpful, and the rooms & property itself were clean & modern. Overall we had a great time & I would highly recommend Seaside A Lifestyle Resort to any friends and/or family traveling to Heraklion Crete.
