Exceptional breakfast. Location next to the sea. Friendly personnel and ready to assist if it the case. Unfortunately we had 2-3 days of severe weather conditions (extreme rains and flooding), but the Hotel did their best to ease up are stay even under these conditions. I strongly recommend

Our room, a deluxe and one of the most expensive for sure needs to be refurbished, definitely not a 5 star hotel room, in the rest of the world it would be rated 3 star, the furniture, and especially the bathroom is there since the opening long time ago. Unacceptable waiting times at breakfast to order and have drinks, in 10 days I always drunk my coffee at the end of the meal. Staff at the reception for sure should be more experienced and polite with guests, we had an issue with a bill from Beach restaurant due to their total disorganization.

I was here during flood and so would like to emphasise that people were doing your best whole time. We had luck and our flight wasn’t cancelled and we didn’t have any problems but stuff in the hotel was doing everything what was possible to feel as comfortable as was possible. My daughter Tereza loves whole stuff in hotel. Many greetings and hope you will be able to repair everything what was damaged.

The room was comfortable but the bathroom facilties needed some repair and updating. I would have expected better for a five star hotel. We had a large balcony but the furniture outside needed cleaning and the flower border needed attention.

Rooms need updating particularly the bathroom with a shower in the bath. Disappointed with the quality of room for the price. Beach bar music way too loud although it was turned down once asked .

Beautiful beach and comfortable sun beds. Beach restaurant was excellent and a wonderful location. Breakfast also excellent. Would return to this hotel if they refurbish the rooms.

Service level was not in line with a 5 star hotel Around the beach and the beach house restaurant . Had to ask many times for assistance and we only stayed one night . The garden needed maintenance everything was over grown and needed cutting back and tidying .

Location and friendly reception staff on arrival and throughout our stay they could not do enough for my daughter and I . Made us feel very welcome.

Outdoors gardens needed a bit more attention and cleaning ie. The kids playground where the grass was not cut as expected. Overall the hotel is good but rooms would require a bit of renovation..

Excellent location on a lovely beach in Skiathos, everything is very easily accessible (pool, restaurants, beach). We travelled with our 18-month-old daughter so we wanted to be somewhere easy and relaxing to stay. There is a nice little park for children, which our daughter loved. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet has lots of choices and the beach restaurant was excellent. Staff were really nice and friendly and we had a great time.

It was exactly what you would expect for a resort style vacation.

The beach was beautiful with a great bar restaurant. The room was large with a super comfortable bed and a balcony. Wine and fruit on arrival. Reception and event manager were super helpful with organising all our desires. A really family friendly resort and perfect for multi generation holidays.

Old but very well located hotel, with an amazingly nice beach, pool and a pool bar. We stayed in a garden suite and having a patio with direct access to hotel facilities made a huge difference.

As always, the staff make this place. Can not do enough for you. From arranging an emergency dental appointment for my wife to allowing a late check out from our room. You know they are well looked after too as we come every year and the same staff are still there
