Tight for space with luggage.

Location is the standout feature here. Also an awesome deck with comfortable seating and rooftop views. Great value for the area. Stairs to top flat are very steep (just be ready for that). Space around beds was a bit squishy with luggage etc. but overall if you are ok with stairs and less space than this is a great place.

I liked everything, especially the balcony, were you can look into the little nice street. The studio was very clean! and there were a lot of shelves and cupboards to store your luggage. The beds were very comfortable, with white sheets around the duvets. You could make coffee and tea and even cook e bit. It was a perfect place exploring Chania.

Lovely apartment right in the middle of the old town with a sea view. Enjoyed having our breakfast out on the balcony watching the town come to life. The apartment was lovely and clean with comfy beds and amazing shower.

A lot of stairs which was ok for us but might be a problem for some travellers. No real downsides.

Being on the Main Street windows are not modern to keep noise out, not an issue if you stay up late. Bathroom contains a window above which is level to a terrace. Sound of guests at terrace comes through and window has no curtain which could possible result in guests peaking though when showering etc. this made showers uncomfortable. Host was notified to which she was not aware of this. I’m sure she will install a curtain to make this property perfect as that was only main concern.

Great location, Great Host, Comfortable stay. Bedroom has a great air conditioning which is needed. Coffee machine included for a nice coffee on the great balcony. Host is very informative and helpful and responds fairly quick to any messages. We will stay again.

If you rent a car, the parking could be a little bit challenging at the pick hours (10.00 am - 12.00, 18.00-20.00 pm).

The apartment is at the entrance of Chania old town in a charming and elegant street. It is a perfect position to explore the centre and have a stroll on the seaside (15 min walking from nea chora beach). Our apartment with the terrace, allowed us to enjoy the sea view and have nice happy our at the sunset. The room is immaculate and equipped with any essential comforts. Kiara has been a welcoming and professional host, giving us many tips about the surrounding area(restaurants, bar, patisseries, beaches.. Etc). We had a lovely time. Highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike. We were prepared for the 3 flights of stairs to our room with terrace at the top. Sadly the extreme heat ( 35+ degrees every day ) meant we couldn’t make as much use of the terrace as we’d have liked.

Location perfect. Situated in old town on pedestrianised street surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars yet only 15-20 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to bus station. Comfortable beds, very large bathroom and good air conditioning. Kiara was a very kind, welcoming and helpful host!

Kiara was super flexible with meeting me for the key. The Studio with the balcony was great and close to everything! Port, Restaurants - but the area was not loud during nights. Kiara gave me many recommandations on restaurants and bars around Chania, which was great!

Very friendly owner, who helps you around to find nice places to eat and visit. Very nice teracce, with a view on the mountains and on the beach. Cosy and with a lot of light. Spacious bathroom. Very nice !

Low shower water pressure, but managed to wash my hair - just took longer than usual.

Perfect location, with a view of both the sea and the mountains from the balcony and very close to all tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was very friendly and kind and even met us hours before usual check-in time, because we had arrived with an early flight. We were also able to leave the luggage at the accommodation on the last day until late afternoon. Would absolutely stay there again.

There's nothing we didn't like about it.

First of all, the host is super nice and helpful. She gave us very good tips about the places to visit and eat in Chania (we checked some of them and they were worth it!). The location is absolutely amazing. The mountain view from the balcony is imo even better than the sea view. The building is in the very center but it's rather quiet at night (of course there are restaurants but it's still OK). It's a perfect spot to wander around Chania. Bar serving tasty breakfasts is right next to the building. The flat is very comfortable, especially the big shower!

We had a problem though with the sewerage. As soon as we let the water flow a bit, either lavabo/sink or shower it pressed/seeped up through the canalisation which is on the floor. Should be checked or cleaned out. Assume it clogged up from hair etc. But should be no problem

Location super, close to everything. Nice with balcony to the street, also quiet from 2330-0630.Good size, comfy beds. Shower& Toilette good size. Very friendly host. Would book again.

Because the apartment is right in a lively street it can get a little loud in the early morning hours and at night but we still had a good nights sleep once you get used to the sounds.

Great apartmemt with enough space and perfect location. The check-in and check-out was really convenient and Kiara was always avaliable for questions and recommendations. We had a great time!

our room was an "annex" on the roof - for one night is ok, otherwise could be difficult to sleep because of the noise - all the units of water heating and air conditionate are on the terrace and make a lot f noise every time when are used by house guests
