The only thing I can think about is the very steep uphill you need to walk (about 5 min walk) in order to reach the apartments from the beach.

The view is exceptional! Also, I have never seen a room with such a great value for money.

Best location for those who like quiet time. Owners are most helpful. Clean bedding, comfortable mattress. You would need a car or a bike to get around and to get to nearest place with the shops. Or just get the food and water supply before coming and stay in one place, then no wheels are needed. Couple of restaurants are in a walking distance. Gorgeous views. You see the sea from your bed, and a huge mountain from the balcony.

It's a climb up to the apartment would not recommend anyone with any disabilities, a corkscrew would be great to have, and limited utensils. The air condition unit is upstairs, nice to have one downstairs

There’s not much I could say that we didn’t like, but it’s worth mentioning that the driveway to this property is veryyyy steep! So you either have to be an extremely experienced mechanical car driver or you should have an automatic car (that’s what we had). Actually if it’s your first time in Samos, I would recommend automatic car even if you have a mechanical one at home (unless you also live it he mountains that has narrow roads).

Oh I can’t express how much me and my mom enjoyed this stay! I can wholeheartedly say that this was the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in Greece (probably ever)! It is so affordable and so beautiful! I mea. The views are extremely gorgeous!!! I almost teared up because we had to leave. I usually don’t ever want to come back to the same accommodation, but this is the one exception that I would go back in a heartbeat! It is clean (and is cleaned every other day!). Has everything one needs for a stay. The location is just the most gorgeous one I’ve ever been! There’s a taverna right by the accommodation that has amazing food and friendly staff. The Sunrise staff is also amazing! Attentive and helpful but they let you be and isn’t around you to try and chat (like some owners like to do so much) so you feel like it’s your own place. We felt at peace there. Truly. A I’ve never been to a place that made we want to stay, but this one did!

It's hard to complain, but... The nearest shop is 6 km away. Since it is a small village, there are few restaurants. If your knee hurts, it can be difficult to go up and down the hill (up and down are everywhere on the island 🙂) However, visit this place and you won't be disappointed! 😉👍✌️

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Sea and beach nearby. The living spaces are practical, look good and are clean. Silence, sound of the sea, sunrise straight to bed. When you are in bed, you can see the sea and the mountains. Practical dishes are available. Definitely recommend! 😉🤟

New, modern and clean apartment high above Limnionas beach. Very quiet with great views from the balcony. Living room, bathroom, patio and a rather basic kitchenette are on the ground floor, bedroom and balcony are on the upper floor, Fast and somewhat reliable wifi (some dropouts). Parking on the steep road to the building could be a little bit of a hassle, especially when all five apartments are occupied.

The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils one could need for a short stay. But it would be nice to have oil, some basic seasoning and especially washing up liquid and sponge.

This was our fourth visit to the island of Samos, and Sunrise Apartments was the best property we have stayed in! It's in a remote location, which you may find isolating. But it was exactly what we needed! To sleep and wake up to this view was a fantastic feeling. And we really enjoyed eating on our balcony in total tranquillity, enjoying the views and the stars. Limnionas is a small village with two restaurants and a bar. 6 kms away from the village there is Kampos Marathokampou, which has lots to offer! There are two good-sized supermarkets at Kampos Marathokampou as well, and on two nights, we just bought some fish, mezzes and souvlaki and cooked them in our kitchen. The property is very well-furnished, modern, with good furniture and facilities. With these qualities Sunrise really stands out from most properties in Samos.

there was no wine opener in the kitchen, so we went with our bottle to the neighbouring restaurant to open it. the bed was quite hard, however, I slept really good - my partner had a little back pain. I guess this is a very individual thing.

We enjoyed relaxing time in Limnionas - a little village where the time stops, there is no rush, no noise, no stress... Village has just 2 restaurants and one bar nearby, it is really at the end of the world and we found it very special. Renting a car is a must if you stay at the apartment - there is no supermarket in the village and probably no bus running all the way from/to the airport. The apartment was cozy, with basic cooking supplies which was totally fine if one wants to cook simple stuff (omelet, pasta) or make breakfast. Each apartment has a wonderful sea view over the bay - we couldn't get enough. Thank you dear Maria for a wonderful stay!

The owner should on basic equipment such as: cleaning sponge and dishwashing soap. Also, the kettle and coffe machine needs to be replaced. No other remarks.

Beautiful view, no people many around. The place is perfect for those who are looking for quiet vacation. Our neighbours were only German pensioners, which was amazing.

We picked up the key at a car rental 15 min away and received a detailed explanation on how to get to the apartment. That worked fine. But at the apartment there was no written information about practical things, such as where to take the garbage and how to return the key. That would have been helpful.

The view was amazing, both from the terrace and the balcony. It was just a short walk to the beach, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. It was very quiet. We enjoyed watching the boats and listening to the waves morning and evening. It is also a good starting point to explore the western part of the island by car. We appreciated the air conditioning at night.

Some hints for improvement; we didn' t use the kitchen, but for someone who wants to cook, it will be good to add some kitchen utensils. The bed upstairs creaked a lot.

We stayed in this apartment one week. The first day, when we arrived, the host accompanied us to the apartment and even gave us a bottle of vine. If you need a car you can rent it in his rent-a-car "Mirto". With every our request or question helped us Mrs. Maria. She is very kind and helpful. We really appreciate the change of shits and towels during our stay. The location is calm and quiet. The atmosphere peaceful and relaxed. We loved the views from the balcony. In the morning the beautiful sunrise and in the night a sky full of stars. Hearing the waves when falling asleep and in the morning, when the sun woke us up, was amazing. A beautiful beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is a few minutes walking distance. We used to go swimming in the morning, when we were almost alone on the beach. Nearby are some good restaurants, but we really liked a caffe bar with a terrace "SeaPark". It is on the street to the way to the beach. The owner is a great guy, we had the feeling like we are guests in his home. The bay is calm, no waves. On the neighbouring hill there are paths for a pleasant walk.

This is proper paradise. The view from the flat is worth the stay and Limnionas is probably the most relaxed, quiet and beautiful spot on Samos. The flat itself is lovely, of good size and nicely exposed to the breeze. There are adequate kitchen facilities. Yannis is a great host: very responsive to request and prompt in solving whatever issues may arise. He was so kind to even give us a bottle of ouzo. I would very strongly recommend this place and would not hesitate a second to come back here if I were in Samos again.

It is exposed to too much sunlight starting from morning hours until evening so it may become too hot. It would be nice to have a shower cabin rather than a curtain. Air conditioner downstairs is a must.

Parking could be problematic if it was a full house....we were so glad we had a small car! The beach was not as close as we thought...for us it was a drive down to the beach as the hill was extremely steep down to it! Luckily we had no intention of cooking as there was not any basics such as washing detergent, tea towel, sponge etc. not good during these Covid times! FYI also not any shampoo/conditioner etc. A small lounge in the living area would have been very helpful...there was a bed but not quite the same as a lounge. Better signage to the apartments would be good too or at least the same as what the listing says... that made it very confusing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay however there were a few things that could make this place exceptional! The view from up there was amazing..lovely sunrise view, having the two balconies was great. There is a fantastic restaurant right next door which was a Godsend as it was a very steep walk up the hill. We loved the serenity and the fact the there was only 5 units...very peaceful. Internet was excellent. The bed was reasonably comfortable and a very good air conditioner in the bedroom. Shower was hot and strong. There was some confusion regarding the key pickup however the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and it was sorted very quickly. Also loved the visiting cats!

PUT A CLEAR SIGN AS TO WHERE TO DRIVE. We drove at night and We ended up staying at another place in error. It was a nightmare. There is a huge climb of 45 degrees just a car to fit there by doing an abrupt turn while driving on a road. No signage was a nightmare. In addition the climb was a crazy height. All this is a very unique to be told on the reservation and or to be sent a message. As you know I have stayed in lots of hotels with you and I never had an experience like this. The bed was very uncomfortable.
