The accommodation location is very convenient, with bus station and lots of eateries nearby. The room is clean and cosy. The staff Sophia has gone above and beyond to help, making sure that our car rental was smooth and providing tips for our fira to oia hike although we have checked out in morning.

Physically challenged people, older people, just manage your expectations: the property cannot be reached easily without climbing or descending steps. More so when you have suitcases to lug! Other than that, you will be fine. :-)

We liked that Sweet Pop is located near enough Fira Town center, where the restaurants and shops and caldera view are, and where we were able to ride a bus to and from Oia Village. Sweet Pop also gave us a room just beside the front desk -- no need to climb up additional stairs, which is a good thing for newly-minted senior citizens like us! :-) (I hope hotel staff will always consider this when assigning rooms, i.e., check age of guests!) The room was clean and lovely and spacious, the toilet was good! Toiletries were products of Greece, and organic! A big thank you to staff Sophia and Poppy for making us feel so welcome! And to Mr Kostka for the pleasant drive to and from the port -- you were such a huge help helping us with our luggage!

Lovely clean room with a big comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and little verandah with space to sit. So nice and quiet. Pool was a little too cool to swim during my stay but was nice to relax by on a hot day as its very hard to find any shade in Santorini! Sofia was such a delight - so welcoming and friendly, recommended things to do and places to eat. Felt she really went above and beyond to help with little things to make your trip easier - like calling the bus station to clarify times. Good location, tucked away a little so that its quiet at night but also very easy access to bus station and main restaurants, etc.

Unfortunately, coffee not replaced daily. Only there for 4 days so not worth buying a jar. No tea either. One of the days my towels weren't replaced. Didn't realise until late in evening so no hand or bath towel until next day, as reception is not manned after 9pm.

Staff amazing, especially Sofia. Location is good, but be prepared for the many steep steps up to the street. Lovely room with patio overlooking the ocean. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

I liked everything!

Staff super friendly, Sofie was very helpful and a great host, always welcoming and checking everything was fine. Got a free room upgrade, the room was perfect with a balcony to see the sunrise. The room size was great, I liked that it was not next to bars or restaurants so it was quiet at night. Best hotel I stayes in Greece!

Our whole group agreed the showers and beds here were the best of our entire holiday. Location was great, rooms were fantastic. Pool was nice, very cold!! Staff was very friendly and helpful when wanting food recommendations and help to organize transport.

Sweet Pop was a lovely hotel and the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and I love how each room has its own colour. We were upgraded to a Superior Room which was a nice surprise and our room had an amazing view out over the east of the island where we got to watch the sunrise each morning. The location is very central in Fira which made it easy to get around. We loved our stay and couldn't fault it.

Very funky and modern design, loved the colour schemes. Host extremely friendly and very helpful providing instructions and answering any questions I was given a room upgrade with a lovely room looking towards the ocean and had a nice little outdoor area. Great location close to all restaurants and shops.

If I had to pick something very minimal, they didn’t have conditioner in the bathroom and the pool was absolutely freezing to the point that we couldn’t even go in. Otherwise I can’t fault it. Great stay!
