Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceThe room's floor was never squeaky clean. We got black feet from walking bare foot even after we requested a second cleaning. We hope that this is going to be a one time thing.

Jordan1st night we had dinner at the restaurant next to the pool of Romanos, we paid 900euros group of 14 half kids, fish is expensive and wasn't good 5/10.
Beautiful resort with excellent facilities. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I'm definitely going back. All restaurants are excellent except the one next to Romanos pool.

United KingdomJet ski would be a good addition as part of the water sports. Buggy service could be improved as the buggy was ordered for a specific time but came over 10 minutes late for check out. Regular updates of delayed would be much appreciated
Excellent resort offering all amenities and super helpful and friendly staff at all posts. Really impressed of how the resort’s selection of olive trees, shrubs and other plants all around tied with the nature surrounding the resort.

We keep going back. Our kids were in nappies when we first visited, and they are now teenagers ...and we are still loyal huge fans of this establishment. Excellent breakfast, hospitable staff, excellent facilities that cater to all ages and so many options for dinner. The beach!!! The history. The traditions.

South KoreaThe room conditions were not the best. The twin beds were so small and were right next to each other that we had to the bed separation ourselves.
Resort facilities are just amazing. No time could be wasted inside the resort since there are so much to do. I especially spent much time on beautiful private beach and various pools.

BelgiumBoth the Westin (and the directly adjacent and aesthetically indistinguishable "Romanos" which is part of the same resort) are entirely overrun by young children that seem to outnuber adults 3 to 1 if not more. It wasn't a major issue for us but its something people ought to be aware of, given the numbers involved... Restaurants are ferociously expensive (expect a realistic minimum of €80-100 per person) serving what is good but essentially corporate fare with little personality of its own. You can sense the boardroom behind the menu, rather than the chef... The innumerable golf carts that bring it all together are a constant and sometimes alarming presence in the alleys connecting everything. The "Agora" shopping and dining/drinking area is fun but again overrun by children and manages to feel curiously downmarket relative to older parts of the resort. The pools are lovely and not very crowded but finding a free deckchair can be a challenge..., Staff althiough numerous and courteous was a decidedly mixed bag in terms of competence and some were surprisingly rude or eager to vent their disgruntlement On the day of our departure we were called twice in the room (once well before 1200 once shortly after) and nudged gently but firmly towards the reception... Its also fair to note that if you dont fly into Kalamata airport its a very long drive from everywhere, including Athens
Incredibly lush, verdant, very well maintained and secluded setting with tight access control in a beautiful corner of mainland greece. The overall atmosphere was relaxed yet very professional and other than the pools never felt crowded despite appztently being fully booked. Big, very comfortable and well equiped "infinity" room with private pool. Classy decor and top-notch climate control. Enormous, lovely, sandy beach with crystaline if chilly waters + various public pools and an absolutely great (but not free) spa that we had more ir less to ourselves every time we visited. Amazing breakfast both in the Westin and the Romanos,, extensive choice of eateries and multiple snacking opportunities around the pools and on the beach. Onuki, the Japanese restaurant was very good and in beautiful surroundings. Parking is ample and well organised The golphing experience (a very important part of the whole Costa Navarino business) seems to be highly rated by the cognoscenti... Voidokoilia beach 10 minutes from the hotel is a natural wonder and the nearby towns of Pylos and Methoni with its huge castle are wonderful. although its fair to say that one can easily spend days and weeks on end within the resort.
