The apartment is spacious. Facilities are more than enough. Refrigerator is big. There is a capsule coffee machine and also some capsules. The host, Sophie and Theofilos are very kind. We loved our stay

Perfect location in the old town- near to restaurants and sightseeing. I liked especially that the host took us with our luggage from the parking to the house, and provided inside tips on where to go for lunch :-)

You need to climb stairs to get to the apartment so I wouldn't recommend it for people who find it difficult to walk. For us it was no problem. Parking is paid but quite close.

The owners are a very nice and friendly couple. They drove us with our luggage from the parking place to the apartment. The apartment is spacious, very clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Excellent location in the old town and convenient for sightseeing. Excellent views! Many options for breakfast/coffee, lunch and dinner around. The lady also gave us recommendations and offered any help, if needed.

Due to the fact that building is old you can hear the sound of people walking in the upper apartment. For us it was not an issue as we were renting both apartments.

Everything was as described in the booking.com. Sophie is a really good host, really ensuring you have everything you need. Apartments are renovated and have all you need for a few night stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. View from the terrace is breath taking.

The stairs, but this is given…

The view was exceptional!! If you don’t mind the stairs and if you prefer privacy to the extent that no one is cleaning, it is excellent! Sophie and her husband are great hosts indeed!! There are toiletries, fresh towels, coffee, sugar, salt, kitchenware and cleaning products provided as well. One could park in the old town however spots are limited which is expected considering the location.

The apartment is like in the pictures. The hosts are really nice, helpful and provide also the transfer from the parking place to the unit. The parking place is safe and payed(8E per day), but is very close to the accommodation. The unit has the most amazing view to the sea, harbour, city, mountains. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you need in a kitchen, bath, etc. The place is comfy and clean. We will sure came again!

Excellent location, quiet street, buy close to everything- shop, restaurants, cafes etc. Nice terrace with astonishing view to the sea and town. The apartment itself has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The hosts are extremely kind.

The parking is not "free" as indicated on the listing. There is actually no dedicated parking space. Guests either park in the streets or at the paid parking. Also, the building is an older one, so the roofs are not soundproof. The steps of the guests above will wake you up pretty easily.

The accommodation is uphill, not easily accessible by cars or lack of experience in driving on steep slopes. The hosts came to pick us up at the parking lot with their mini van and drove us up. It was very nice! The apartment is calm, well located only a few minutes away from the fortress, and the view from the bedroom was very nice.

The owners of the property is super nice. We have a trouble on the road and had to arrive very lateks in the midnight and they didnt evet complain about it. The house was clean, the bed is comphy,the shower is nice too. The location is perfect on the center close to everywhere.

Amazing place,done up to the highest standard, beautifully designed,everything you need and more! The owners are very helpful and friendly,Sophie is Canadian so speaks English. Roof terrace has fabulous views over the port. Kavala is interesting with a great old town and port with some very diverse sights.

Great apartment in a great location: The old city of Kavala is definitely the best place to stay! The apt. is very clean, beautifully furnished and has a nice view on the harbour. We enjoyed our stay very much and warmly recommend Theothea Suites. Finding a parking spot in close proximity is not too easy.

The hosts were super friendly and we even had breakfast/coffee together on one of the mornings! The apartment was great, with a view over the whole of Kavala from the window and it is positioned in a great location close to everything.

The apartment is great, very clean and modern. It is in the Old Town, close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The streets of the Old Town are very narrow so to get to the apartment, you have to leave your car in the port parking lot (5 euros for a day and 13 euros for 48 hours) and the host will pick you up and your luggages with a small minivan. The terrace was incredible and the view was amazing. We had everything we needed. The host is communicative and always ready to help. I highly recommend it!
