The place does not provide many opportunities for walking and visiting neighboring villages on foot.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. Especially Katerina (Katie) - exclusive. But everyone is very kind and helpful. The food is buffet and is good.

Cleanliness of rooms needs to improve . Towels need to be replenished more often, rooms need to be swept more often. Evening food was bland - just OK. More quality food required on the menu. Too much of the same food does not equate to a good dining experience. More variety in breakfast menu is needed . Evening entertainment was non existent . Hotel needs to put more effort in evening shows. Peak season prices were too high - not enough value for money. A hotel courtesy bus would have been appreciated for trips into town , Ouranoupolis is too far away to walk.

The furniture in the rooms is old. The TV set is small and of the old type. Some problematic smell is felt sometimes on the beach. Sunbeds need to be serviced regularly. Many of those have remained empty, with towels hanging on them for hours, due to unacceptable customer behavior.

Do not value this hotel by its rating now, since it is probably a result of older reviews. Realistically, it should be above 8. The hotel has only ONE flaw: it is old. Nevertheless, it has a new management, and I am certain that they will perform a thorough renovation very soon. It has all the needed facilities for an excellent vacation, direct (tunnel) access to own sandy beach, umbrellas and sunbeds free both on beach and by the pools (salt water), comfortable room size, efficient room service, very good cuisine, food is delivered continuously without delay, and the complete staff is excellent, kind, helpful, professional, always ready to provide the requested info or service. When the hotel is renovated, it will probably be a 5-star hotel, but not for the present price. So, enjoy it while you can. Rooms are only for sleeping when you are on vacation.

The beds were too soft, and the pillows uncomfortable.

The location was great. The beach was very close with free sunbeds. The barmen at the beach was a great guy. The food was nice. Leanings were good. It was also very pleasant to seat at the hotel terrace at night. Also our requirements at the hotel were handled very quickly and professionally.

There is pipe (probably sewage pipe) going right in the sea on the beach in front of the hotel that smells bad.

I think there are differences in the rating from 1 to 10 because it depends on your expectations and the price you paid. Yes, the hotel is old, for the time it was open it was probably amazing, and rooms are worn out and it needs renovation. But, it is clean, the food is good, the pool area is great, the staff is good too. It is great value for money. We had good vacation, we recomend the hotel for great budget holiday.

Hotel and furniture are very old. All inclusive is not real all inclusive - coctails are not included, food in beach bar or pool bar is not included (sandwiches, pizza, etc). Drink choice was very poor. In general, food was similar every day, breakfast was always the same, lunch and dinner are rotating, but very poor choice. Not enough sunbeds on beach, you need to go early in the morning to find a place. It is more like 3-stars hotel.

Staff was very good and pleasant. Location is great, nearby the sea. Beach is with sand, water is very clean. It is fairly clean in the hotel, room was cleaned every day. There are 4 pools with sea water, 2 pools for kids and 2 for adults. Water in the pools was very clean.

- They often run out of glasses and cups in the restaurant. - There can be a big queue in front of buffet from time to time. - Even for this price they should try to update the rooms and hotel exterior.

- This is a cheap hotel offering all-meals / half board accommodations. Your expectations should be in line with the price. - The Hotel is old and you can see the ware of time everywhere. They have done some renovations in the bathrooms and here and there to make it decent to stay there. - The big plus of this hotel is the hotel beach and the convenient tunnel to access it. - The buffet options in the restaurant are limited but tasty. - The stuff is not bad and tries to make the guest feel welcome.

I didn't like the fact of a 4 star hotel not having wi-fi in the rooms and the food choices were very limited specially if you're travelling with kids you don't get to much of an option for them. Also you had to be out a bit early to make sure you get sun beds by the beach.
