The only downside is the location. Although close to Laganas, it is too far to walk to the beach every day and taxi services in the area are on the verge of price gouging - 25€ for a 4km ride is considered to be normal. Definitely recommend renting a car or quads at the airport. Bicycles are perfect for the location but were difficult to find for rent.

The place is lovely, well equipped, roomy, clean, with AC, TV with Netflix, even a washing machine. Two bathrooms and one extra toilet are a big plus. The staff is super kind and helpful, ready to help and answer any questions. The private pool adds to the cozy feeling. The area is calm and quiet. We had a blast, wished we could stay longer. :)

I enjoyed that the apartment was a little outside of the towns, however taxis were more expensive than we expected and took quite a while to arrive - just something to be aware of (average cost 20 euros per trip)

Our host Stella was so lovely and helpful from the get go, recommending places to eat in the area and how to get taxis etc. Our pool was beautiful and cleaned daily, there was so much space in the apartment and comfortable beds.

Bathroom and toilet should be upgraded. It is old and doesn’t fit well with the rest. Also keep in mind that it’s near the busy party laganas strip, so you’re neighbors can be loud and obnoxious if you’re unlucky

The only problem was the distance to the strip. I would recommend renting a quad bike for your stay however a taxi is only €8-10 to the strip.

Everything was perfect and well worth the money! We had our own private pool and a Jacuzzi. We had a fantastic time!

The host, Stella, was absolutely amazing! She managed to make our stay so comfortable and was extremely welcoming. Her warm smile alone is enough to fill your heart with joy! The facilities were exceptionally clean, with fresh towels and new bed sheets almost everyday. The pool and hot tub are phenomenal. Location is perfect for the night out.

the only complaint any of us had was that there was a dog barking constantly through the night which would wake us up but we also understand that dogs do tend to be kept outside when abroad, it was a very minor thing!!

the houses are so lovely, perfect size for a group holiday, the private pool is a good size and the patio is great to sit! Stella was so helpful in giving us recommendations and was contactable through our whole trip for any questions! all staff we saw were so friendly and very chatty which was lovely too.

Having to leave. I wish I could stay forever

From start to finish, both Dennis & Stella are on hand to assist in anything that is required. We stayed in the 2 bed townhouse which was perfect size for myself & a mate. With both of us having separate sleeping & washing facilities. Also a lovely touch that you’re provided with a whole pack of water upon arrival which can be found ice cold and ready to drink in your fridge. 5 * would definitely use again when I return to that beautiful island. 👌🏼

Our host, Dennis, was extremely friendly and helped us a lot. The property was well managed and kept clean.

Only issue was the kitchen was quite small for 9 people but was manageable and dishwasher had to be put on a few times to get things clean.

The private pool and plunge pool was great and looked after regularly, all the staff were lovely! The owner Dennis in-particular was very helpful and accommodating. Air conditioning worked very well and all rooms and balconies were really nice. Three graces is close to the airport which is great for convenience and was not an issue for noise either from planes during our stay.

location in quiet location which is good but its 10 minutes walk to first supermarket 15 minutes to the next which if you only really want very very basics you could not do a weekly shop here you would have to walk further you will reach a descent one it takes around 35 minutes to arrive at first eating places you do pass a small cafe before this , but to reach sea in takes around a 1hr from the house if you jump in a taxi will cost 7-10 euro , if you like Laganas and want to be away from the strip i would recommend here , but sadly Zante Island is not for us , nothing Greek about it ! We did enjoy our stay only for the fact it is away from noise and bright lights !

could not fault Deniz and his staff went out of there way to help you , down fall was not mention of the steep spiral stairs to attic room , and lack of storage space no chest of drawers or a dressing table but other bedroom has plenty of storage space dressing table, the bedding was of top class clean crisp and of good quality and towels ! beds supper soft , bathrooms do need up dating they grey looks like just plaster finish waiting to be tiled .. no tiles , and fitting are all rusty , kitchen perfect well equipped even better than some villas i have stayed in and all sparkly clean appliances , as I said the staff were great friendly , enjoyed sitting on the top balcony with a morning coffee watching the sun rise and seeing the planes taking off , so i will score 8 out of 10 for the house and Deniz , gardener and cleaner lovely people deduction for no photos showing attic stairs which if i had seen would not of booked and bathrooms need updating

The place was amazing so close to the laganas Main Street and the facility was great clean and very comfortable. the owner of the place Dennis he is so nice, Available 24-7 and he is very funny guy with great recommendations regarding everything whether it be restaurants, bars, beaches and more. When we arrived at the accommodation, the apartment was dirty. Bugs and spiders all over the floors and walls. Some places are a bit shabby and need to be put on. For example, the public pool was really dirty so we didn't use it at all. There are always bugs in apartments in warm countries, but this dirtiness of the apartment on the first day due to bugs and hair/garbage was unprecedented. We informed the staff and the apartment was thoroughly cleaned. Still, there were some bugs and the drain in the downstairs toilet smelled. Really nice accommodation if only the apartment is clean and bug free. In addition, the staff could check the rooms even more carefully before the customer arrives. All in all we had a good time in the apartment

The staff, especially Stella, was really friendly and helpful. We were helped with both scooter rental and local recommendations. The location of the accommodation was perfect (if you have a rented car or scooter) 5 minutes drive to the center of Laganas and 5 minutes to Lidl. 10 minutes to the airport. The apartment itself had a basic equipped kitchen and it was easy to prepare food. My own small swimming pool was a nice plus and the 2nd and 3rd floors of the apartment were comfortable and more cooler than first floor.
